The lady who checked us in was really sweet. She was actually there to serve us breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was also very good. We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel give us Free nice breakfast every day ( waffle, bread, sausage, egg, vegetables, fruits, and so on). Nice lake in front of the hotel. Pool is small but good enough about 10 people. There are 3 Hammocks. Nice, quiet, and cozy places to stay. Free breakfast is big plus!

They clean your room every 3 days and in the name of resort they have small swimming pool and kids area..and they charge $30 per night…avoid this hotel if you get a nice one in this price range.

The Hotel was unique, beautiful decor, and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and greeted by everyone who we passed. For the cost it was a great option for a quick trip, and close to the Disney park and Disney Springs.

The hotel was very dirty and the bedding was stained. It seems like the washroom hadn’t been cleaned as the shower head had black mold on it and the towels were stained and if they had been washed. The hotel lobby was nice looking but the rooms were not, and there was no hot water.

Great value for the price if you are looking upscale then not it but my room was very clean and quiet only thing I can say is if you are more then two people ask for more towels. Convenient location to food and shopping and close to Disney and all theme parks. FREE PARKING!!! A good place going back next month only complaint is the free breakfast is cold so I am eat breakfast somewhere else but hey the price cant be too picky. I have paid more and stayed at a dirty place for a lot more money so I’LL BE BACK SOON. Staff was great

READ THE REVIEWS. I wish I had before choosing this dump. The sheets and bed had dried blood stains, clumps of hair, bugs in the bed and shower, staff couldn’t do anything but bring us a change of sheets, and guess what, those also had blood stains on them. Requested to change the pillow cases as well, blood stains on the pillow. It was a nightmare from the moment we checked in until we left.

Poor experience here. Stayed 8 nights (sat-sun) they only cleaned our room once during the stay. Even when I requested it the front desk lady told me I had to request the day before otherwise cleaning is every 3 days. I asked on Saturday as our room hadn’t been cleaned since Tuesday. On top of that we had people try to get into our room because the front desk checked them in and assigned them to our room. We also had a maintenance guy knock on our door repeatedly at 11:30pm just to give us towels we didn’t ask for when I told him he got the wrong room he just walked away. The water stinks and our shower curtain rod kept falling down. No basic cable in this place either so we had no tv unless we signed into Netflix. Overall negative experience would not stay here again regardless of the price

Overall was quite clean. Check in was very slow with staff having a difficult time communicating clearly. Noice in the hallway was quite loud with very little insulation in the door or between rooms. The breakfest and staff working in that area were very good

I found a thumb tack in bed next to my son, not sure how you can clean a room and bed for new guest and leave a thumb tack in the bed. That is a major safety issue and could have harmed my son and cause an infection. I’m very disappointed with the staff. I also requested to have the room cleaned and no showed up. Poor service. The bathroom smells like the plumbing needs to be fixed. Each time I call the front desk from the room phone, no one would answer. I chose this hotel because the price was good and the pictures were nice, but it goes without saying you get what you pay for. The presentation is there but the quality and comfort needs improvement.

We killed a large cockroach in our room on the first night and a large spider in our son’s bed on the second. We had no idea (it wasn’t listed anywhere on the hotel’s page on Expedia) that the rooms are only cleaned EVERY 3RD DAY and then only if you request it. This was not communicated to us when we checked in either, and we only found out when we asked at the front desk after the 2nd day of returning from the parks to an unmade room. Not even the trash was taken out. It’s not surprising that they have roaches. Also, 3 out of the 4 nights we went to the parks, when we got back to our room around midnight, exhausted, the room key did not work. Each time one of us had to walk all the way back to the lobby which was quite far away, to get it fixed. I’m amazed that this place has an 8/10 rating here on Expedia (which was why we chose it). It barely merits a 5/10, mostly because it’s relatively close to both Disney and Universal. But with the exorbitant “resort fees” that get added on, it’s just not worth it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you’re really willing to slum it.

Wonderful stay at the Palazzo! We stayed at the beginning of our trip and decided to re-book with them at the end of our trip after discovering that the Seralago hotel down the road was not as advertised (do NOT recommend to ANYONE). Palazzo was clean and tidy, attentive and so very pleasant. Breakfast was one of the nicer inclusive breakfasts we’ve had while traveling. We felt extremely safe and its location was excellent. Will be returning in the future and will recommend to family and friends hands down!

Over all good. Garbage truck was emptying the bins at 6am everyday, waking us up. Other then that pretty good place for the money.
