Dear Robin, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a 3 star review. We're glad you found the pool and the home 5 stars. We spend a lot of time and effort ensuring high standards are kept on the interior and exterior of the home. We're pleased Yvonne was able to attend to your needs promptly. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectation. The grill can be tricky to figure out yet it does come with instructions. There is an alternative method provided for drying clothes for guests who wash delicates. In the Florida hot sun I'm sure this would've proved effective. Despite this we made out best effort to ensure the dryer defect was rectified as soon as possible. We are sorry that despite having a brilliant vacation a few minor issues have caused you to decide to not recommend this home in future. Especially considering you paid great compliments to the home itself and the issues you did find were minor and were rectified. We hope you will reconsider this choice and we look forward to hearing from you again in future.
