We enjoyed this location it was the best that I have stayed in and my kids loved the pool and loved that the hot tub was not too far away from the pool to watch my kids. Loved the view of the fireworks every night

Cleanliness wasn't great, we found stains on the comforters, dirty dishes, and a used contact lense on the floor of the bathroom. What we did like was the room layout, pool, restaurants on site, and shuttle service. They probably should ease up on the 48" rule for the slide or have that posted more prominently on the website as I had some very disappointed kiddos when we found out they could not use the slide. Customer service was great, however, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The check in folks were great and very kind. The photos of this property are very misleading. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the master bed linens were stained along with almost all of the towels. Some were covered in mold. The closet in the master also smelled like cat urine. The room overall didn’t feel clean and was run down. For example the knife block in the kitchen had layers of dust on it and the blinds in the secondary bedroom were broken. We ended up leaving on our first night because we just did not feel comfortable there at all.

We stayed here this past week and we had a great experience, easy check in/check out. The pool was great especially for the kids. Another bonus is that the parks are close and the resort has buses that take you to the parks. We will def be back!

We had a 3-bedroom unit for a week in Building 2 of the 5-building complex. If you are the sort of person who is deeply upset by dated decor and tired furniture, your stay will not be as relaxing as ours was. We found our unit in need of refreshing, yes, but it was very clean and quite comfortable. The beds and bedding were quite nice and the shower hot. The kitchen was well-stocked and the balcony comfortably sat the four of us. I will caution potential visitors that our balcony overlooked a new condo development that was an active construction site functioning 7 days per week, but the noise level was not intolerable. The pool/spa were lovely and the resort is well-located; just a short drive to all Disney parks and Disney Springs. I would stay there again, while acknowledging that a refresh of the decor will be welcome at some point.

We stayed in the 3bedroom 3bathroom suite in Bldg 1 for 5nights. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again. The suite was very spacious, rarely had to wait for elevator, could walk to the out mall, used the park shuttles which are actually coach buses everyday, great location.

This was my third time in this hotel but unfortunately this time it is very deteriorated due to lack of maintenance, the refrigerator was throwing water on the kitchen floor, the dishwasher was throwing foam and water on the kitchen floor, the air conditioning stopped working, the The drawers of the nightstands and cabinets in all the rooms were chipped or peeling on the surface, and the drawers were also damaged, making them difficult to open and close. The outside room where general garbage was thrown out was not working.

The space was great for a family of 4 with teens. We loved the amenities and multiple bathrooms and showers. The fireworks room was great and you could see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom off in the distance. Close to multiple plazas shopping and fast food. 15 min to Disney. Easy to get around the resort as well and walking distance to the outlet mall.

Excellent property to stay at Good for families who have small children, clean, friendly, staff, safe environment overall. Close to all the major theme parks close to shopping outlets, convenience store. I would definitely come back here. They also have transportation to the theme park

4 star because the bathroom in the master bedroom wouldn’t lock. Just had to hope no one walked in on you while you using it. Property was decent and they do offer coupons for attractions. They give off treats from 8-10 certain days which was great. Staff were very friendly! Take your own toilet paper because theirs was hard! Game room across street from building 4 where we stayed and outlet stores. Definitely a plus!! There is a Publix grocery store 3 minute ride from hotel also. We had a pretty good trip experience. Would stay again!

Amazing pool area and great central location for travelling to local attractions. Lots of families. Rooms are clean but be aware no housekeeping. Furniture and appliances show their age and some are worn. But room is spacious and has everything you need. Nowhere to get decent food or coffee within walking distance. Overall it’s a 7/8 out of 10.

Room need better more comfortable beds as these were outdated and just not comfortable. Rooms also need measuring cups and spoons and ice maker either in hallways or each room. Other than that it was nice.
