I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel , the pool area was good, however I wish there was a little more space in a shaded area.

Great location, room was clean. Liked all the dove products for showers and washing hands. Only issues are no safe in the rooms and you can hear guests in other rooms.

The stay at this property was not a pleasant experience. I had called their front desk about a week prior to arriving to check if they had a freezer I could use to store a small soft sided cooler of breast milk- as I was travelling with a 6month old baby who isnt used to formula. The hotel had confirmed that this was not a problem and they would be able to accomodate. After we arrived, we approached the front desk with our request to freeze the cooler - which they once again AGREED to do. However when I went back the next day to retrieve the cooler everything had melted. They had kept the cooler in the refrigerator instead of the freezer and all the milk was completely wasted as frozen milk needs to stay frozen or used up within 24 hours. When I asked the staff (including the supervisor)about this they gave the reasoning that they dont store guest items in the freezer. If that was the case then why did they take the cooler from me in the first place? TWO of their staff confirmed previously it was okay to do - if it wasnt they could have simply communicated that to me and I would have made alternate arrangements. Bringing this was an extremely important item as it was to feed my child with on our trip. A 6 month old baby isnt easy to just switch from breast mlk to store bought formula. This caused a huge damper on our trip. Your staff should be much more aware of what they tell guests and follow through with what they say is allowed. Really dissapointed at the experience here.

Overall a good and affordable place to stay if you want to be walking distance to many attractions on international drive and short driving distances from outlets and shopping centers. Nothing really special about this hotel - our room was spacious and clean and bedding very comfortable. We didn’t use the other amenities. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready looks like 4 pm is a true 4 pm checking time there. And we missed breakfast because they close early even on Sunday.

Checked-in here for about 5 days. Breakfast was the SAME everyday. Unlike the other Holiday Inns we went to & loved, meat & eggs were changed atleast. Housekeeping weren’t so friendly and could barely understand what you were trying to ask for. Elevator sometimes acts up(doesn’t function properly), sometimes only one elevator works. The only great thing was the front desk were friendly.

Our rooms sink leaked right on the floor. They didn’t provide a crib for my 1 year old daughter the first night, which they guaranteed they would provide. Do not recommend.
