“Tommy and Maggie”

We had a great time during our stay at this hotel the staff was great, breakfast was good, rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. We took many walks in the area and found it to be very safe, even at night, people were friendly, city is very clean. The only thing we did not like was the so called free transportation to Walt Disney (shuttle) well forget it. (late or never showed up) that aside, we would use this same hotel should we return to Orlando.

“Best hotel stay ever!”

Amazing place. Saying the staff is friendly is the understatement of the year, they were nice, helpful and fun! The room was amazing, comfiest hotel bed I've ever stayed in. Clean pool/hottub area. Breakfast was wonderful! I'd go back in a heartbeat.

“Incredible satisfied with this Hotel”

I was a little nervous about booking this hotel online but I was incredibly pleased. We got an incredible deal on a Suite with a Kitchenette which comfortable housed 4 of us. The complimentary buffet breakfast every morning helped us get off to a great start every morning. Although we could not take advantage of the cocktail hour every evening we did enjoy the complimentary dinner on the Wednesday evening. We were close to everything and the staff were very helpful in finding some harder to find locations. The Free Wi-fi was also a great bonus. We had heard some com[plaints about the pool but we enjoyed it immensely. My only complaint is not even against to Hotel. The local water smells and tastes horrible. If you are heading to Orlando or surrounding area you will not regret staying here.

“"Okay" hotel, but houskeeping and breakfast very lacking”

Stayed a week here and was initially happy with the room (king bed suite), having our two small kids sleep separate from us is very nice. The bigest issues we had were: 1. housekeeping did not clean the bathroom very well nor did they remember to replace all of the towels. The room was clean when we checked in, but I don't think they cleaned the shower once all week. 2. the door to the bathroom had a terrible squeak that would wake everyone up - told front desk about it but it never got fixed. 3. free breakfast was very hit or miss - powdered eggs, stale bagels, etc. I ended up having oatmeal most mornings. We got a great deal on the room at nearly half rack rate; for that price, I'm not too dissatisfied - but we ended up adding a night which we had to pay full price which is seems way too high for it. Next Disney trip we probably will look for something on the Disney property and pay a bit more.

Area recommendations
Disney resorts seem to be a better value, albiet for more money.

“It was overall a great stay!”

The only thing we didn't like was having to out a HOLD on our credit card of $50 for incidentals! I didn't like that at all. And the hold has been there since last Friday!

Area recommendations
Theme parks and outlet shopping! We were close to everything important to us!
When to go
Best time to go to Orlando is during late November early December the lines aren't long at all service is better it's just great!

“Extended weekend”

We choose this hotel for a few key reasons. Package price, morning breakfast, free hotel parking, star rating and location. We were very happy with all issues. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite at all times. We wanted a hotel that we could use as a base, somewhere to rest our heads at night....no frills....(spa, large restaurant) and that's what we got...a good solid nights stay! I would recommend this hotel for families on a budget as well as anyone who would like a nice get-a-way.

“Will stay again!”

Very nice hotel, especially considering its only 2.5 stars. Clean rooms, clean pool, nice people at front desk. Every day my room was cleaned and beds were made. Never felt unsafe, within walking distance of many places and nice neighborhood for a jog with my girls! Will take the whole family back next year!
