Great Stay!
We had a great time. This house was amazing! Large bedrooms all with large tv's and bathrooms. Then there are the two kid's rooms also with tv's and an adjacent shared bathroom. The entire house is very well furnished. From the bedrooms to the kitchen the game room and living areas. The back yard screened in area was great! No bugs! The pool was also much larger than it looked in the photos which was nice. Very close to Disney. It took us less than 10 minutes from the time we left the house until we were parked. We also took a day and went over to Clearwater Beech. It is about 13/4 hours to get there but well worth the trip. Beech furniture is provided and the whitest beech sand I have ever seen. The price is also very reasonable for what you get. I could go on but I will end with this. I highly recommend this property!

We had a group of 12 that included 7 kids and found the house met all of our needs. The kids loved the themed princess bedroom and the large pool. The adults loved the space and proximity to Disney. We had a few questions during our stay that were answered promptly.

Fantastic rental
Provided an extraordinary amount of information for the villa and surrounding communty, things to do, check in procedures, restaurants, etc. The house was beautiful, large, and clean. The pool and whirlpool are amazing. Everything about it from start to finish helped make our vacation beautiful!

Great house and great location.
Several families stayed in this house together. We enjoyed the stay. Pool was nice and clean. Owner reached out during the stay to see if there was anything we needed and to remind us of trash pick up. The only small issue we had was that the bathroom rugs needed washed. We washed them before showering. I would stay at this villa again.

Lovely property
The property was wonderful, and well equipped. the pool and hot tub were a great place to unwind at the end of a long day. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 children and the place was enjoyed by all. The only problem was the dishes (pots, glasses and mugs) had been put away DIRTY by the previous tenants, and this had not checked on by the cleaning crew. So we had to clean most everything we used before we could use them. Not a major issue, just a pain!!!

Wonderful Stay
My family, and my son in law's family stayed at this beautiful villa recently(total party of 11 people; 9 adults 1 child and 1 toddler). We were very happy and impressed with how easy the check in process was from the time that we arrived. The house was clean when we arrived for our stay(minus a bathtub that could have used a little more thorough cleaning around the drain hole area/front tub). As we we're travelling with a 22 month old, we didn't have to worry about pack n play, as there was 4 of them in located in one of the bedroom closets. A highchair and stroller were also available to use. This is great for when travelling with infants/small toddlers..we really appreciated this. The pool and hot tub were a top family favourite and loved by all of us. The temperatures of the pool and hot tub were on the cooler side the first two days, but we were able to have property maintenance reset the heater and was great the remainder of our time there. This house is very nice and close to everything. The owner, John, was great to deal with from when we first booked(back in August) to after our departure and arrived back home. Great host. Highly recommend booking this property for your holidays. We would love to rent again in the future. Thanks John.

Family wedding and vacation at Disney
We went to Disney for a family members wedding and then stayed an extra week to go to the Disney parks and some golfing. The house was exactly as advertised and everything was clean and neat. They even had a Christmas tree which helped get us in the holiday spirit. There were plenty of beach towels for use at the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect, close to Disney and golf courses. John, the owner, checked in with us via text 3-4 times to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again for any future Disney trips.

Hello Gloria, I have no idea why or how you could say this. You said nothing when you were at the villa and I have no idea what beds you are referring to. Noone has mentioned this issue before. We have 5 King beds with 65 inch televisions on the wall at the bottom of each bed. It is a pity you did not mention to the management company and we could have understood what the issue was. It is just unfortunate that you waited for the review to mention this. The mattresses are new therefore it would have been good to have more detail. I suppose that is extremely heartening that that was the only complaint and you were happy with everything else. There is lots to enjoy and appreciate as the photos will show.

Family escape near Orlando
This was an ideal meeting spot for our family to reconnect and take advantage of all that Kissimmee and Orlando has to offer. We felt free to relax, make meals, play games, watch tv, swim in the pool or set off to one of the many nearby attractions. There are plentiful options for dining & actitivities under 2 miles away. It's an easy, short drive onto Disney property and don't forget Univeral - that's not too far either! The home has safety alarms on the doors, which we set off - repeatedly. We had to call Property Management over the weekend and they were very helpful. We also experienced a maintenance issue while there and Property Management immediately answered an email in the middle of the night and had someone there early in the morning. The Owner truly cares about the property and has a list of dos, don'ts, maps, and helpful resources for visitors. He expects you to enjoy your time while there and the cleaning crew to do the cleaning. In fact, we couldn't even find a broom & dust pan. When in Orlando with a large group, I would certainly remember this property.

Our stay
Villa Serena is a lovely home and very well served the needs of our family. We were sold on the home for its size and for the swimming pool. Our family of 9 ranges from age 15 months to age 80. There was plenty of room for all of our family to be together when desired or to have some quiet time. I have three complaints. The bed in the master bedroom was rather uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and had an odd texture. While the home was not advertised as handicapped accessible, the toilet area in the master bath was very tight and it was impossible for my husband who has some mobility issues due to arthritis to access that bathroom. He was able to access the bathroom adjacent to the breakfast room. My only other complaint was that the kitchen while well equipped in most ways only had one large pot (a pasta pot) and a crockpot. There was lots of cookware that would be appropriate for a smaller family/group but the house would easily accommodate at least 15 folks and more large pieces of cookware would be very helpful.

The property itself is a fantastic home that comfortably fit my party of 10. We were able to go out during the day, and come back at night to a safe and secure home with the alarm system. Great location with lots of room
This house has plenty of room, with most bedrooms having their own bathrooms, and is located in a beautiful gated community within a few miles from all of the Disney parks. Furniture is a bit dated and there could be more attention to detail in areas like housecleaning , quality linens, and adequate quantities of silverware. The pool and hot tub were great and enjoyed by everyone.

Hello Jean Hall, Thank you for the review. I contact my guests on a least 3 occasions during a visit. I want the guests to have the very best experience possible. It is a dynamic situation therefore we encourage comment. If there is an issue the management company will fix or replace immediately. Unfortunately, you did not respond to any of my mails asking you if you had any issues and you did not contact the management company or take any photos of your issues. The villa is as seen in the VRBO photos. I am delighted you loved the pool and the jacuzzi and you absolutely loved the villa, the location and proximity to Disney and these are just some of the many positives. I must apologise again that it was not possible for me to allow you access to reduce the price of the villa when 2 of your party cancelled. The price is for the villa and not charged per person. It was also not possible for me to allow you early entry to the villa due to the cleaners needing that time to complete their clean. Normally I am really flexible with incoming guests because I really want you to have the best experience and I sympathise when they are let down by others however in this case it was not possible.

Florida Adventure
This home is the absolute best. Joe (the owner) was so kind and informative. The home was well stocked with towels, and kitchen items. The house was spacious and decorated beautifully. We swam, cooked, played pool, and watched movies on the huge TV's. The parks are close, and the neighborhood is wonderful. We will be back. The only thing that we missed was a pancake griddle. Hubby could never remember to hit the child alarm for the pool area (every time). Thank you Joe for helping with a wonderful Florida vacation.

Spacious villa well worth the money
The pictures are an accurate representation of what the home looks like in person. We had a family of 14 and there was MORE then enough room for us to have our own personal space. The added bonus was the amount of bathrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had a minor pool issue and the management company was responsive and sent the pool company out right away to look at it. John himself reached out as he had a new toaster and coffee maker delivered to us during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a large place in the area to spread out!

The best holiday!
My husband, our four grown children, three significant others, our five grandchildren and I spent the most wonderful week here. The house was EXACTLY what we needed, and was even better than the photos depicted. The pool was wonderful, the furniture was comfortable, and the house was stocked with absolutely everything we possibly could have needed. The owner, John, was beyond helpful, concerned and attentive to anything we could have needed. Do not hesitate to reserve this property - you will be glad you did.

We had a WONDERFUL stay. Communication with the owner was very responsive. Being in a gated community gave us peace of mind. Shopping was very close by. Both Disney and Universal were not too far. Were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub with taking off a day in between parks and having the luxury of relaxing at this great house. Plenty of room for everyone in our party to have their own bedroom with their own private bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning so much easier. House was spacious. Would DEFINATELY rent it again, if we came back down to the Disney area. Would also definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area, but not wanting to deal with the big crowds and prices associated with Disney hotels.

Fabulous Vacation Home
We spent a week at this villa, and it was perfect for what we needed. We were at the theme parks most days, but when we were relaxing at the house it was wonderful. Plenty of space for our extended family of 11 people. The kitchen has everything you could want or need, and has room for multiple people to prepare food. The pool and pool area is the star of the home. Lots of loungers and 2 big tables to eat alfresco. The location is 10 - 15 minutes from the Disney parks, unless you leave with the crowds at the end of the day. Also, the owner checked on us multiple times to be certain we were having a good visit and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa for a vacation!

Great house and a lot of fun
Some colleagues/friends were in town for a convention in Orlando and we opted to rent this house vs stay in a hotel. It was tremendous. When we weren’t at the convention, we swam, hot-tubbed, played pool and also played poker. We had an issue with one of the a/c’s and the management company came right out and fixed it. Communication with both the management company and the owner was outstanding. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend this house.

Great gathering place for family

Absolutely beautiful and perfect villa!
This is such a stunning, huge villa and perfect for a family or large group! It is only about 10 to15 minutes away from Disney World and about 25 minutes from Universal Studios. The pictures of the villa are accurate, but it is much more spacious and beautiful in person! It is well stocked with plenty of dishes, serving ware, glasses, pots, pans, towels, etc…The swimming pool and hot tub are wonderful and so relaxing and there is even an outdoor large screen Tv, a cornhole game, a large cooler for use, plenty of lounge chairs, patio tables…just perfect for those relaxing, don’t go anywhere days. The host John was perfect with communication! He checked in with us to make sure everything was good, gave a very helpful back way to Disney World to avoid the traffic and helpful hints on area restaurants and other entertainment options. We have stayed at other VRBO’s in the past and this was by far and away the best one! I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay
Great place, we were there on business but really enjoyed Four Corners. The pool and hot tub were nice bonus!
