Wonderful place to stay
We flew in for a cheer competition in Orlando and I enjoyed the proximity of the house to the convention center and airport. Our whole family enjoyed playing games in the game room and the pool/hot tub was a great way to wind down in the evening. The house was very clean and was as described in the listing, enjoyed it very much and would recommend.

Great stay!
This was a perfect house for our family vacation! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and our kids absolutely loved the Disney theme, the game room, and the pool! Very close to theme parks, dining, grocery stores, and other necessities which made the whole trip a breeze to navigate. The hosts were amazing to work with, very responsive, and we would 100% recommend this home to anyone and would stay there again!

We loved this property!! You seriously cannot go wrong. Excellent communication, beautiful home, safe area, close to all major attractions…the first night was just me and my daughter, my husband later joined us and I told the property owner that I would be coming in late. There were lights left on and I felt completely safe. Just go ahead and book it!!

Birthday getaway
Property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, and very clean. The location is great and only 13 miles from the Disney parks! Traffic in Orlando is pretty bad, so give yourself at least 30 minutes to get to the Disney area.

The owners were top notch!

Beautiful House and Superb Location
Family of 8 stayed for 2 weeks in the property, and I cannot speak highly enough of just the owners, Jeff and Jamie who were amazing, but the property manager also, Dan was so attentitive and ensured we were all ok throughout the trip. We stayed as the hurricane was barrelling towards Florida, so the kids were a little worried but Dan popped round and talked use through with what would probably happen and in the end, we had a bit of light wind and rain for a day or so and that was that, I will be honest, I was half tempted to put a bad review just so no one tries to stay there next year so we can stay again!!! The house was clean and well maintained throughout and was a great size for everyone. The hot tub especially was lovely after a long day out. The location is great and we went to Tampa, St petes beach, Busch Gardens, all about an hour or so away and Disney and Universal all about 20 mins. Fabluous. 5 Star rating from all of us! See you next year!

Very Convenient
We arrived for a work conference/Disney visit. The location was perfect. The house was well kept and clean, which was important for my immunocompromised child. The kids enjoyed the game room garage (I did as well as a pool shark!) Walmart and other stores are less than a mile away, if you need to grab anything last minute. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great Place for Family Get-Togethers
Overall we really enjoyed this place. Few issues included the pool is rough and we had little ones who constantly scratched themselves on the sides and steps. Kitchen is nice except there was no cutting board to prepare meals and no storage containers to store leftovers. Prepare to shop for day to day items if eating at home. Beds were a bit hard but the kids didn't seem to mind, only the parents. Game room was great for kids but not air-conditioned although kids didn't mind. It was nice having two living spaces. Our biggest con was the distance to Universal Studios and SeaWorld but that isn't the homeowners fault. Overall I would definitely recommend this home and we enjoyed our family reunion here.

Spacious, great location
The house was just what we needed after a long day out at the theme parks. Plenty of room for our family and the pool was a big hit with the kids. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle but close enough to get out to Disney. Our only regret is not scheduling enough down time to enjoy all the house had to offer.

Perfect for our family's stay!
We couldn't decide if we wanted to stay on Disney property to get into the parks early or to stay in a house. We had 0 regrets about staying in the house! The 1st thing I noticed when we walked in the house was you could smell the CLEAN. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals before and there's always been something I didn't like about the cleanliness of the property (a stain on a sheet or towel, a random hair somewhere, etc.). This house had NOTHING but cleanliness! The house was SO spacious it was so nice to come back to after a busy, crowded day at the parks. The pool was another thing that was very clean, warm, and felt AMAZING after a crazy park day. There were pool toys & pool towels to use. We enjoyed a couple of meals in the sitting area out by the pool too. The game room was a blast. Our kids had so much fun out there trying everything out and enjoyed having their own space just to play and be loud and decompress. The hosts' communication was superb. All of my messages had responses in under 10 minutes. The location was super close to restaurants, Publix, and Walmart. It took us under 30 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Things to note: There is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom & one roll of paper towels. We grabbed more of each as well as a sponge & liquid hand soap for the bathrooms. There were no baggies or saran wrap in the kitchen either. The rooms are BRIGHT. We switched some curtains around and used a comforter to make it work.

One house/3 Generations
My wife and I (retirees), our two daughters and one son in law and one son in law to be and two grandchildren (ages 3 and6) made the journey for the grandkids’ first WDW visit. We did two parks, took about thirty minutes via car. Home was great…plenty of room for everyone, plenty of dishes and glasses and a game room and pool that were big hits. Had a couple of questions for the owners and they were answered quickly. Easy access to Publix, Aldi and Walmart as well as restaurants. House was exactly as described! We had a great week and everyone loved the trip, and the house. We will all have wonderful memories!

If you don't do apps--no worries. Jamie will email you everything you need. The house is very clean and comfortable. I had trouble with the key box, owners answered the phone and were very nice to help me get in. It was 10 at night with flight delays. Very nice deck furniture around pool to seat. Nice games in garage for teenagers. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was lovely,

Everything was great! The property looks just as advertised and Jeff was great throughout the whole experience. We were a family of 5 (some members backed out) and we could’ve easily accommodated 6 more easily and comfortably. Location wise, It was about a 20 minute drive to any given park and it was perfect. If you have a large family I would definitely recommend!

Short but lovely stay!
We really enjoyed this property! Very clean, well decorated for the kiddos with Disney themes, fun game area, and the pool was a good size & enjoyable. Owner was super responsive and kind. 20-30 minute drive to the Disney parks depending on traffic, but away from all the noise and nice and quiet. Zero complaints & would come back and stay again.

Great place and great communication.
We really enjoyed our stay. Master bath is very spacious. Had an issue with keurig not working and they had a new one delivered the next day. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We really enjoyed the game room as well.
