Cleanliness and quiet place, but they charged me twice for one night stay on 4-17-24 for $321.39 and $251.39 again. don't stay in this place.

A decent hotel, but a bit tired. Can definitely do with a refresh. Got a swimming pool and spa, but no children pool, which prevents me from enjoying the pool properly (have to make sure the little ones don't drown!). Very near to the South Coast Plaza Asian food hall, very handy, and access to the freeways.

The property is well located. Ample parking is available; however, no obvious EV charging stations. The food at the hotel restaurant was mediocre, but the draft beer was excellent.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was bright, very comfy bed, nice toiletries. However, walls not well soundproofed so could hear neighboring rooms doors shut, toilets flush, people talking. Noisy road. Hot tub was murky with dead skin and other debris and jets did not work.

The staff here are so friendly from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was clean and I loved the fitness center. Front desk staff 3pm-9pm was amazing!!!

It was a nice clean room. I have to say the traffic noise can be heard pretty easily outside in the morning. Other than that, pretty good!

The hotel has a great restaurant called an American tavern. The food, drinks and service was excellent. The service at the front desk was so so. Young lady who helped me seemed detached and unfocused. Facility was in fair shape. Great deal for the room rate, even with the surcharge for parking.

I must say that the staff was always outstanding and it was the food at the resturant. However, the level of noise during my stay was out if control. I was unable to get a full night of sleep durinf my stay.

While they may be saving money servicing the room every three days is just not acceptable. Not clean then and distinct lack of towels made stay 1 star

I stayed 2 nights in Crown Plaza hotel for a business conference. smooth check in with Alexander and he was super nice and helpful. Room is very spacious, shower is amazing but the furnitures are bit of outdated. AC is really loud. Easy parking at the front of hotel entrance. Staff is super attentive especially those two ladies work in the restaurant. I was in rush and needed to take a quick breakfast before attending the conference, both ladies worked in the restaurant helped me a lot and even prepared coffee to go for me. I am very impressed with the quality of the service. Also, great location right next to the freeway and South Coast Plaza.

Jacuzzi was out of service. Part of the reason I booked this hotel was for the Jacuzzi. Spoke with hotel manager and he apologized. In addition to his apology he comped our breakfast.

This property is awesome! Right off the freeway, is off and easy on. I checked in with Jessie at the front desk….she is absolutely amazing, made me feel welcome, super friendly and truly down to earth/very sincere! Then off to the Bar/Restaurant to meet Beto…what a sweetheart! Loves his job and it shows, excellent Bartender, made me feel like part of his family! If you are in the area, you must stay here. You won’t be disappointed
