"You really can't go wrong renting this property. It is immaculately clean and well equippped and in a brilliant location. You have great views down the valley to the sea. The villa is very spacious and there are lots of carefully thought out little areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine or shade. You are also just a short drive to the beaches near Denia or Oliva. Communication during booking is great and the check-in and out process is really smooth. Thanks Ismael."

"The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. "Great villa had everything we needed, amazing views, we loved Moraira, 30 min walk away, would recommend a car though as walk back up the hill to villa is quite tough, nice beach at El Portet, but very busy all the time, excellent communication with owner Chris and her daughter Fleur, all in all my family and I had a fabulous holiday at Villa Fleur."

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"Parking with elevator extremely narrow and very tight to maneuver to exit. Sorry close on me when I was approaching scratching the front of the car. Receptionist is not at the apartments building which makes it hard to access. Front of the apartments is very restricted all private property and only acres to a small beach is acceptable. Towels were not change daily neithe paper toilet was replaced daily. I had to ask for paper toilet although my stay was almost a week. "

"We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay."
