"The hotel Manager genuinely was one of the nicest most courteous people I have ever dealt with. I would legitimately return just because of him. Conway not only has a super positive attitude but was also very personable. We left insulin in the refrigerator and wouldn't be staying with them for another 3 day. He made sure to not only hold onto it, but when we called again he knew us by name. Its not forced. He simply cares. Like I said I would stay because of him alone."

"Unfortunately someone rang our doorbell around 1:30am jarring us out of sleep. Evidently just someone running up and down the hall. There seemed to be a large party going on outside but we didn’t realize until after our bell rang. Didn’t realize this hotel was in a “party” area. Probably won’t be staying at this location again. "

"Checkin was really easy and the room was very clean. I only took away a star because the hot tub was closed. They did offer an option to use the sister hotel’s hot tub across the street, but it was cold outside so we opted no to use that. "
