The Aksarben area is great. The hotel needs to be deep cleaned/carpet in elevators replaced. Very nice staff

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly, no coffee was set out only for purchase, which that was a downer. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, some of the picture frames hanging needed dusting, but room was clean. The equipment in the gym area are a bit old and rusty, gym was clean. Overall a good stay and we will be staying again

Beautiful rooms. Very Clean. Helpful staff. Really wished for coffee pot in room. Couldn't find any in the lobby except what i would need to pay for. We just went to nearby restaurant. But i really love my morning coffee. Black of course. Except for that its beautiful hotel. With really nice rooms

I can't say enough about this hotel! Friendly staff, super clean, comfortable hotel, amazing breakfast (did have to pay but it was worth it. Quiet, comfy bed. Superb.

Perfect stay
The employees were fantastic at check in! I explained, as a couple, we’d prefer to not be around a lot of people. Without asking questions they immediately moved my room. Everything was clean and perfect. My only suggestion … please put music in the bar area. We opted to drink in our room instead. 100% recommend and will be back!
