“Middle of everywhere hotel”
The hotel was extremely nice. We had a king suite which was very modern and comfortable. We used the indoor hot tub every evening and liked the extended hours it was open compared to other hotels. It was pretty much in the middle of all the places we went to see, so we enjoyed being able to be at our destinations in under 15 mins no matter where we were going. There was a fun little farmers market on sunday morning within walking distance of the hotel
“good hotel”
This hotel appears rather new. It is placed in a rather quiet neighborhood. It appears to be an upcoming area. There is a movie theater right down the street and just a few other shopping buildings. There is a very handy kiosk hanging on the wall for guests to use- it shows weather details and has a map for those that are not familiar with Omaha streets. This hotel is very close to downtown and the zoo. The pool is VERY small in relation to how big the hotel is. The courtyard is very nice and pretty. The staff was friendly. Food in the restaurant was just okay and very expensive. When we got there they were out of cribs so I suggest that you reserve a crib when you reserve the room (unable to do on expedia). The beds are very firm. The pull out couch which our son had to sleep on since they didn't have a crib had about a 2 inch thick mattress and was very uncomfortable!! Be sure to lay down a towel around the door of the shower as the water leaks out (design malfunction). Overall, a nice hotel.
“Nice hotel, but poor cafe experience”
The room and staff were friendly, but the cafe messed up my breakfast order...TWICE! It's not difficult to mess up a veggie omelette, but they did. At least they comped me for one. Went to McD's the third morning. Also, the shower was poorly designed - water leaks out all over the floor. They should have the shower head at the other end of the shower.
“Nice business hotel”
Nice hotel. Has all the expect amenities. Seems relatively new.
“Home Away From Home”
We had family in the hospital over Thanksgiving this year and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was convenient from the hospital and offered a pleasant stay. All of the families gathered and used a conference room for a Thankgiving dinner. The staff at the hotel was most helpful to all our needs - and a few of our wants too! Everyone was very polite and accommodating, knowing we were sad to be in a hotel on a holiday, but trying to make the best of it all. The hotel is lovely and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to others - and plan to stay there when necessary in the future.
“Quick stay, but enjoyed”
My husband and I stayed here for just two nights, but we both loved the updated decor. We slept well on the soft beds and everything was very clean. It looked just as it did in the pictures and we were happy with the price. It is very easy to drive to places from here, although there isn't much in walking distance. We will definately stay again.
“Very impressed”
This is a newly designed Courtyard and the lobby was certainly geared toward the business traveler. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for dinner suggestions and the concierge not only provided a suggestion but printed out directions for us.
“Very clean, and quiet.”
Hotel as a whole was very well kept and clean. Staff was friendly. Nice to have breakfast right on site (I would have liked to have it as part of the room package, as much as I was paying for it, but its all good). The free coffee in the lobby was actually pretty good. (most places I've stayed, its hideous)
“Very Nice”
Extremely Nice help, clean rooms, clean pool room.
