It's my third time staying. A good location on the route 58, the main road of Okinawa, within ten min walking distance to Kokusai dori steet, three min walk to a convenience store, and some eateries.

It was my second time to stay at this hotel. I booked single room with a double bed, spacious and so comfortable. There's an Okinawan style eatery across the road called "Highway Shokudo(dinner) where they serve Okinawan local food. A convenience store called "Family mart" is three minute away on foot.

比較的新しい建ったホテルのようで施設も新しく、綺麗であった。場所は、国道58号線沿いにあり、徒歩3分ほどのところにファミリーマートがある。 借りた部屋のは、シングルだがベッドはクイーンサイズで一人で広々と使えて快適だった。

Small room had everything we needed. Comfortable in every way. Amazing staff helped me figure out where to go and what to see - very accommodating to my needs. Breakfast good with pleasant space. Walking distance to just about everything I needed or wanted to do, even to monorail.

The bed is comfortable and room size is just right for 2 adults. Location is near to rail station. Front desk staff are friendly, profesional and speak English fluently. Value for money.

Nice Stay
It was a nice stay. Walking distance to Kokusai Street. Parking is behind the busy route 58. Very clean. Price is pretty good. Enjoyed the stay. Will stay again.

Great hotel with friendly staff who speak multiple languages. Location is little far from the central Kokusai-dori area (still walkable!) but perfect for anyone looking to access the nearby Tomari port. With a combini around the corner and the port just down the street, it was very convenient and I would definitely stay again.

Small rooms, not family friendly
Small room, electric to fridge goes off when you leave room, no dressers, we had to live out of our suitcases, family and guest were not allowed into guest rooms. No pay phones on premises, room keys control electricity to rooms, will never stay here again

Very comfortable hotel. Close to bus for the aquarium, main shopping Street was a short walk and has an affordable and filling breaky. Very happy with our stay there.

Is a nice hotel, except the unpleasant experience
Check in time of this hotel is 3pm, even the rooms are ready is still 3pm. We had a overnight flight and reach Okinawa very early, upon arrive at hotel, they told us check in is 3pm and advise us to go tour around. After 5hrs we were all so tired, back to hotel at 2pm, ask iif i can have 1 room first as I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and I was not feeling well! The front desk just point to the check in time; 3pm! Told us to wait at the lobby!!! After waiting for 40mins without a back rest stool, my husband was upsad to see me feeling so sick, approach the front desk again. No chance! My husband told them i’was Not well can’t they just give a room for me to rest that was already 2:40pm! And the answer was they will charge 1000 yen per hour. I will be happy to pay if they told me earlier, as I as so sick that I needed a bed. And my husband said is only 20 minutes how can they charge us full rate and in the end one of the lady staff start to ask for our passport to do the check in paperwork for us. Buy the time we get our keys was like 2:55pm. I had fever, missed my dinner, Slept the whole afternoon till next morning. Stilll weak the next day, but the lady staff was nice to check on me the next 2 days. I would appreciate this hotel can make exceptions suitation base on case to case and let us know we would have the room by paying extra as I did told the staff I was not well, just need 1. Rooms are clean, good size for 2 luggages. Charge 1000 yes per night for parking.

Comfortable clean room close to most things. The only annoying thing was that the hotel refused to give us breakfast even though we paid for it online and the hotel staff spoke very broken English so it was quite frustrating and we ended up leaving annoyed. It was the only thing that really pissed us off about this hotel and it was unfortunate as we did enjoy our stay aside from this experience. We did have a look at breakfast and it looked pretty disgusting so probably better we didn’t eat it. Good value for money aside from this.

So easy to get to from airport. Close to many restaurants, shopping and all the main places tourists want to see. Breakfast is an awesome buffet with both western and Japanese choices. Reception desk even has a weigh scale to check the weight of your luggage! Will stay again.

Affordable price with quality
The hotel is clean and neat. It's overall design is quite modern and the staffs are well trained and most of them can be communicated with English. It worth the money! One thing I don't like the hotel is the use a physical key to access the room and you will be penalized for 15,000 yen if you lost it. I thought this old key system access shall gone in hotel industry long time ago.

Good, clean, friendly, comfortable hotel
Easy to find, friendly and welcoming hotel. 150m from monorail station (direct from airport) along flat road - no problem with luggage on wheels. 350m to port for ferries - taxi recommended for this. Good restaurants nearby and about 200m to the main shopping street which we walked easily every day as required. Room was clean, functional, provided disposable slippers, good wifi. We didn't have breakfast, which is the only meal available each day.

Great location and helpful staff
Hotel is in a good location, close to ferry terminal, and within walking distance of main street. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. We were travelling with bikes and the staff were very helpful in solving some issues we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely friendly comfortable hotel
The hotel is in a good location walkable distance to the main shopping area and the rooms are nice and the staff lovely and bilingual. Good choice of Japanese and Western for breakfast too.

Staffs are helpful that they helped me to collect my parcel and booked for a table in Okinawa as I don't know Japanese. The staffs know Japanese, English and Mandarin. Clean and tidy room with bright sunlight. Well sound-proofing.

A little over rated in reviews
We booked this hotel owing to its review and all the good reviews of it are true. If you are able to book this hotel under USD100 per night, go for it. We paid CAD236 (USD175) per night and money for value wise, it is a little steep. In comparison to our 3 star hotel in Taipei, service wise is a little lacking. Example: 1. Staff will not assist you with your luggages to your room. 2. We had to catch early flights in both Taipei (leaving hotel at 4:30am) and Okinawa (leaving hotel at 5:45am), but it is the Taipei hotel that packed us take out breakfast for consumption in the taxi or airport (despite the fact that the coffee is warm and not hot when we drank it). 3. We paid only CAD1 35 per night for Taipei hotel.
