"The condo has been updated very tastefully. The furniture is comfortable. You must be able to negoitate stairs to access the condo to bring in your luggage / groceries as well as to cross the sand dunes to access the beach."

"only 2 things that could be improved. we werent given, to my knowledge, the cose for piil and pool bathrooms. i did find out from another guest. pool was listed as heated and wasnt. Didnt ruin anything for us and im just passing along for your information. we loved the condo and view and took full advantage of the marvelous beach everyday. Thank you and would highly recommend. we would certainly stay here again."

"The apt was clean upon arriving - smelled like it was freshly mopped with Fabuloso. Restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living rooms were all tidy and organized. After a day the Fabuloso smell faded and a hint of cigarette smoke hung out in the kid bedroom and entry door way. We're non smokers and DID NOT appreciate it. The dishes we used were dirty, I had to rewash everything we used (pots, pans, dishes, mugs) before use. They either had food stuck or dust. I'd honestly still rewash before using...

"This is a lovely condo with a great balcony overlooking the beach. There were nice chairs and table on the balcony and beach chairs were available to take to the beach. The Kitchen was very well equipped. Cindy was a lovely host and provided fruit and fun snacks. However, If you are sensitive to fragrance as I am, this is not the condo for you. All the linens and furniture upholstery were strongly scented permeating the entire condo."

"We love the 1st floor location of the condo. It is nice to have easy access to the pool and the beach. We also love the 4 BR option. There is plenty of room for 6 adults & 4 children. The condo could have been cleaner. The tile was sticky upon arrival. The carpet also needed cleaning. And the ones that walked barefooted in the condo ended up with dirty feet! Something fell behind the salad crisper and when I pulled the drawer out, I was disgusted by the yuck! It obviously had not been cleaned...

"The property was nice for the most part. The bedroom carpets were very dirty and need to be replaced though. The master bath shower door leaks terribly. This could be an easy fix. The queen mattress was not comfortable at all either and it seemed as if a cheap topper was used to try and fix it."

"We had a great time at this condo. It was decorated with a beach vibe in a very tasteful manner. The condo had all the necessities for cooking and dining in. It was home away from home, but with better views. We didn't try to walk to the beach. It didn't seem to be easy access and we have little ones and lots of gear... The view of the lazy river and bay was my favorite. I would recommend this unit!"
