"For the most part the rooms were clean. The floors could have been swept a bit better. The sink drain was very slow and could be cleaned and the toilet had to be flushed twice after each use. The breakfast was good and the area seemed well maintained."

"This place was the perfect spot for our family! Extremely clean, easy check in and very cozy. Lulu was so friendly and communicated very quickly. All the beds were extremely comfortable which is a BIG deal! We brought our boat and jet ski. It was very convenient to put in at a boat ramp nearby. The cove was quiet and calm so we could swim and float for hours. Our kids really enjoyed the paddle boards. We will definitely be back!"

"I have stayed at many Hampton Inn locations and other Hilton properties over the years because they are typically known for clean rooms and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, this location was the exception. While I appreciated being accommodated upon arrival, I was disappointed by the overall lack of empathy and accountability throughout my stay. The room itself felt damp and had an unpleasant odor. We also found pet hair on the comforter shortly after arriving, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. When we briefly turned on the heat, a strong burning smell came through the vents. After contacting the front desk, the only suggestion provided was to run the air conditioning to circulate the air. No offer was made to inspect the issue or ensure the room was safe and comfortable. In addition, when I reached out regarding a reservation issue, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than genuinely heard. I understand policies exist, but I expected a greater level of customer service and flexibility from a brand that has consistently provided positive experiences in the past. Overall, this stay fell well below the standards I have come to expect from Hampton Inn and the Hilton family of hotels."

"Absolutely gorgeous property with every detail that we could want. We had a large family gathering here, and everyone was comfortable and entertained. So much to do right on the property. We hardly ever left it, but there are restaurants and amenities nearby as well. Highly recommend."

"The accommodations were wonderful, just as advertised. The host was very responsive and even provided gorgeous weather! We had plenty of room for our party of ten with two small children and two dogs. This house was definitely a favorite of the many we have rented over the years."

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We slept AMAZING! Better than home actually! The beds, bedding, pillows Amazing. Perfectly thought out. Towels, linens so soft and plush. House very clean and tidy. Everything was perfectly planned out. The decor was so aesthetically pleasing. That view of the lake was the icing on the cake. That is what I was needing! A break from the hustle and bustle of life. And we got to meet sweet Red!"
