Jamaica Inn offers a private 700-foot-long beach with champagne-colored sand. Guests can bask on sun loungers or opt for a thatched shade umbrella.

Named for an indigenous word meaning "Sacred Place of the Earth Spirits," KiYara Ocean Spa offers an all-natural approach to massage, body treatments, facials, waxing, and nail care. Treatments employ fresh ingredients without preservatives and are blended immediately prior to a session. Secluded at the resort's far end on a bluff behind a bamboo gate, the spa offers massage and body treatments in private open-air rooms bordered by dense tropical foliage, with thatch roofs supported by hand-carved wood pillars. (Facials take place inside the spa.) Some treatments employ a rain shower; others an outdoor shower—both equipped with bamboo piping.

Couples massage is offered on a terrace just above the sea; candlelit night sessions are available. Other massage options include one with smooth river stones. Body treatments include Piña Colada Body Polish, Caribbean Cooler (aloe blend), East Meets West (Ayurvedic herbs, local ingredients, rain shower), and Roots Renewal (aromatic Jamaican herbal roots). Facials include Tahitian (noni fruit) and aromatherapy.

A library showcases the owners' family photographs and offers a communal puzzle, board games, books, and complimentary use of a computer with wireless Internet access. Renovated in 2005, the hotel's fitness room offers a treadmill, stationary bicycle, stair climber, and free weights. There is even a meeting room complete with audi-visual equipment.

“All Inclusive w/Private Transfer” and “No Meals-Includes Private Transfer” rate plans include private round-trip airport transfers from Sangster/Montego Bay International Airport only. Guest should enter their flight details in the Special Request area when making the booking so that the hotel can arrange for the driver to meet them. The driver will be located outside of the airport so once they exit customs, guests should continue to the airport exit doors where the hotel driver will be waiting with a hotel sign. Guests who will be driving themselves can take advantage of free valet parking.

This hotel offers complimentary hors d'oeuvres every evening, and complimentary planters punch is served on the beach every morning as well as in the exercise room.

There are a few publications still stating that jackets are required for gentlemen, however, jackets are no longer required. Jamaica Inn's dress code for dinner is a collared shirt (short or long sleeved) with long trousers for gentlemen. Women must also dress accordingly.

Main Bar - Decorated with antique furnishings; historic pictures, and memorabilia.

Beach Bar - Located pooside. Beach service offered as well.

A live band plays on the dinner terrace from nightly from 8 PM until 11 PM.

The Jamaica Inn provides complimentary use of snorkeling gear for exploring a reef just off shore, small sailboats, kayaks, and a croquet lawn.

Nestled on the edge of a cliff, KiYara Ocean Spa's treatments are drawn from the plants of the island. Drawing on local herbal traditions, combined with modern research, KiYara's treatments are loaded with anti-oxidants, enzymes, and nutrients which protect, strengthen, nourish, and balance the skin.

Treatments are in thatch-roofed huts overlooking the Caribbean Sea and surrounded by tropical gardens. Treatments include a variety of massages, reflexology, and a unique water treatment.
