Our fridge wasn't getting cold, we found out the next morning when our daughters milk was warm after spending all night in the fridge. Everything else otherwise was great. Pleasantly surprised by a real barbell and squat rack in the gym. Staff was very friendly and everything was super clean on arrival. Rooftop bar allows kids and dogs, we loved being able to relax and enjoy our drinks with our daughter

We all had a wonderful time here at the Mission Pacific Resort. Very beautiful, great oceanfront view, awesome rooms, yummy food and the Best Clam Chowder. The beds were super comfortable and smelled very nice. The staff checking us in an out were terrific. Staff was great st the restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. My whole party wanted to move to this hotel room.

The staff throughout the resort were terrific. Everybody was so nice and helpful. We are on the 4th floor oceanfront room. It’s is awesome! The view is spectacular. Oh and the food was delicious. Tje clam chowder at Oside on the first floor was so good. Yum. The beds are super comfortable and smell good. You can’t go wrong staying here! Have fun!

This property is beautiful and the sunsets & waves are amazing. The experience & location is what you pay for. The stay is clouded with bad customer service & excessive fees - $47 resort fee, $47 parking and not enough workers so you are always waiting for service. Check in time is 4pm and sunset is around 4:50 so if there is any delay, room not cleaned, wrong class of room, long queue to check in, anything…you will miss the sunset —whole reason to stay. This happened to us and it was a shame. Check out is 11am (latest is noon) so the time difference is a big gap compared to other hotels. If you are lucky with nice service, it’s pricy but you understand the draw. If you have horrible service, the cost is too much for the lousy experience.

I love here in Oceanside so it breaks my heart to give a bad review. Sadly the service at the hotel is lacking. The check in line was lengthy, the bar tenders seemed bothered, the wait times were long, we were forgotten multiple times at both restaurants. I’ll be back again because the ambiance is amazing. But the service needs to be stepped up.

It was my first time booking in cali and it couldn’t have been more of an efficient stay. Bars, restaurants all within walking distance. The beach was across the street, the cafe was convenient for breakfast. There was also access to the sister resort to use the spa and bar. There was a street fair going on with food vendors Thursday night. The train is right next to the resort if you want to travel without the car, San Diego is about an hour train away. House keeping was very efficient replacing towels and making the bed. The rooftop bar was also a nice touch to watch the sunset. One of the most efficient stays and located hotel I’ve stayed at. Would stay again

Beautiful views from the hotel to the Oceanside pier, we went to the rooftop bar but the snacks and small bites were very limited and not very good, I think a wider variety of food options would be great

This hotel bumped me from my room, charged me an upgrade for a King bed when I had it reserved, the drapes were broken and unfixable, Staff lost my package that was delivered to them and said they had no record of it, staff very unprofessional

Very nice hotel. I had an incident where the hotel staff was not super helpful. We thought we left a phone at the pool. The pool closes at 10pm. We went to the lobby to see if they’d let us go up there. They had security check for us not letting us up there, which had us sitting in the lobby at this time ready to go to bed but could not because we sat there for 35 minutes or longer with no response finally I had to go back to the front desk myself to ask for the answer. However house keeping and valet, pretty much everything else was top notch and we really enjoyed the property!
