I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel Casa Puga, very helpful and friendly concierge at the reception, resolved all my inquiries about the city , exceptionally clean room, new AC, very pretty little hotel , with its peculiar charm, in the middle of the historical center, everything I wanted to visit is within walking distance, will definitely stay there again!

I found this new hotel very modern and clean. My room was far from the entrance, so there was no noise from the street.Staffs were all friendly. And the king size bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Demasiado ruido todo el día y toda la noche. Las habitaciones tienen las ventanas a las áreas comunes y solo tienes black out entonces solo puedes tener luz artificial en la habitación. La ubicación es excelente lástima de los vecinos y el exceso de ruido a toda hora. El personal muy amable.

El hotel es lindo tal cual está en las fotos, lo único malo es que se escuchaba mucho ruido de sillas o muebles arrastrando durante la noche, el personal es súper amigable

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, literal a pasos de la calle principal, el hotel esta muy bonito, limpio, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento. Creímos que habría ruido y me garantizaron que no, y fue una grata experiencia porque descansamos y en ningún momento se percibió ruido de afuera. Sin duda, el mejor lugar para visitar en una estancia por Oaxaca.

No me gustó que el agua caliente es muy escasa y lo reportábamos y no solucionaban nada, que ponen también que cuentan con estacionamiento y eso es independiente del hotel, lo cobran aparte, y que hay mucho ruido y no se descansa igual.

There is a noisy bar in the same building is like you were at the bar. We arrived at 11:30am to the hotel and all rooms were ready, but they told us that check in was at 3:00pm and that we had to pay 300 if we wanted to check in earlier. If you loose a plastic room key without any print you pay 250. If you ask the front desk for a taxi you pay 100 more to the driver. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They want to steal from you.
