The customer service Front desk clerk when chocking in was not good at all. Instead of acknowledging I was at the counter she ignored me for at least 10min.

The property was overpriced people that work there were extremely rude I had the one of the maids walk in on me or the housekeeping walk in on me no knock no nothing didn't even see housekeeping I was getting dressed and she's walked in and she said you can't stay stay for an extension cuz I told her an extension since she said that she didn't give me extension so she called down the front desk and she slammer door and left and I told the front desk so I feel like they don't even care about the customer they just care about the money

Front desk young lady was very professional and had the best customer service. Check in was a breeze and got the room I requested. Room was quiet and cool with the ac ! Water pressure was awesome !!

Stayed there for three days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as far as their capability. The T.V. was out for over 24 hours. Front desk said it was a DISH Network problem. Not a lot we could do about that. Room was very roomy and clean. The breakfast was varied with proteins, fruits and grains. The 24 hour coffee was much appreciated.

3 necessities I look for are safe, clean and comfortable. I stayed one night in a king room on Friday, May 10th. The main lobby, elevator, halls and my room were extremely clean (kudos to Carmen!). I felt safe in and around the hotel. My room was really comfortable and clean. The air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, TV and hair dryer worked perfectly. I forgot my charger and was also happy to see charger was provided (slow charge). The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

Only thing wrong with this was the lack of good wifi as the staff said that it was real spotty in this area. Do not understand that as we and others could not connect at all!

A/c not working room was super hot then on the mide of nigth beds were full of ants and I told the front desk but they didn't do anything about it

Wouldn’t let anyone check in early! Not even 5 minutes! Had 5 people standing at front desk waiting to get check in. The whole check in experience with the wait and the poor attitude of the employee was ridiculous.

The woman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. First impressions are always valuable. I don’t think I would stay again because of that first impression.

No black out curtains on large window overlooking very bright parking lot lights and highway traffic. Couldn't get towels sent to the room, had to go back down to registration and this was only 6pm. Took FOREVER to get checked in and the person working the counter was a mix of surly/rude to pleasant. Check out is at 11:00am...maid was knocking on the door at 9:30. For a $200 place to sleep for one night, it was quite unpleasant. I will go out of my way to not return unless there is no alternative.

Best Western Delta Plus has great rooms with jetted hot tubs in a few of the rooms, the staff is very nice and the breakfast always tastes great!

The hotel had a strange smell, everywhere. The mattress was too hard and my shoulder hurt in the morning. The sheets had a stain and a hole in them. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was a great variety of food.

Booked Dog friendly room via Expedia. Arrived to no pet rooms available. My dog had to sleep in my cold car with a threat of $200 cleaning fine if slept in room! Angry beyond, less than 40’ outside. First time declined pet stay! Showed clerk email confirmation still declined.

The overall hotel was decent since there is hardley any other choices in the area. The Hot tub was not working and the staff did not notify the guests or bother to put an out of order sign up even though it was days that it was cold. There are homeless who camp out behind the parking lot, so it is kinda sketchy and the bumbs get loud at night. There is a Starbucks, Mcdonalds and AMPM next door in walking distance so that is nice. We just need more choices in the area.

Upon arrival attendant came out of dark office to help me. Never made eye contact or said hello. There was a roach in bathroom. I had to cancel one night due to safety (personal, not hotel related) reasons. Hotel would not credit the unused night, even though Expedia said they could.
