Superb converted barn in a fabulous location
The property is very clean, well decorated and spacious. It has comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The barn is set in a rural location not far from the coast. We enjoyed cycling around the many county lanes and also to places further afield….this area wound be a walker’s paradise too. Katharine who manages the property is very friendly and helpful too. We have enjoyed two holidays at this property and are already talking about booking again!

Short break away for the two of us plus our dog
The whole process was very easy to do on line as we rented the property just a couple of days prior to departure. The property was just as described , we thought the property was lovely and unlike some barn conventions we’ve stayed in the owners had maintained the feeling of space inside , the kitchen diner area in particular was large . If I was being picky it needed a couple of lights from the road to the property to help you drive in and out during dark hours but this was about all. The enclosed garden was welcome for those who bring dogs. Not only dog friendly but friendly for dogs as the whole property was freely accessible . Great stay and thank you.

Stunning barn conversion in great location
This property was an absolute find. It has only recently been refurbished and it is to a very high standard. Everywhere was beautifully clean and the owners have thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and we all slept like logs! The barn actually looks nicer in reality than on the pictures, which is unusual! It is very private and really well located for several beaches. The best beach is Sea Palling, which is only 6 miles away but Happisburgh beach is only about 3 miles away and it’s very quiet. The beaches are a bit stony in places but our children loved them. There are loads of things to see in the vicinity from Norwich cathedral to East Ruston old vicarage gardens. It did help that we had unbelievable weather but regardless of this, we would most definitely go back again. If I could award 6 stars, I would.
