“Great people room”

The people working there were great, friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast, nothing great but filled you up w/ plenty of choices, the room was great although the floor (rugs) were dirty and the internet wireless password wasn't were I could find it. But I just plugged in and it worked fine. I recommend this hotel highly and will use it again.

“Decent one”

This is a decent hotel in a nice locality very close to the IAD Airport.

“Several small problems made my stay less than ideal”

This hotel has good potential, but several small things that stack up made my stay less than ideal. So the suites are large, with two rooms, two LCD TVs, and a microwave. Bathroom is also large and has a bathtub. The problems - Late check-in (4 pm, checkout at 12) and they wouldn't let me check in a minute earlier, even though I arrived at 11 am... They said no rooms were clean but I realized they were lying when suddenly at 4pm 10 rooms got clean at the same moment, even though a minute earlier none of the rooms were clean (there were 10 people waiting...). If your policy prevents you from allowing me to check in early, at least say so and don't lie (other IHG hotels with late check in let me in earlier if rooms were available). Internet access was probably a 28.8 kbps modem from 20 years ago, and even it kept disconnecting. This is a major drawback for business travelers without 3g connection. Shower had annoyingly low water pressure, and then I had to shave with an annoying light that was flickering and made me feel I was shaving in a disco. Breakfast was OK, a bit better than other hotels in the states that I've been to. When it was finally time to leave, we had to wait for over 15 minutes for the taxi, and the same wait applied for some colleagues of mine who ordered taxis the previous day. Bottom line - I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel, there are a few others in the area, in the same price range, providing very similar value, that I'd check out first.

“Not exciting - but perfectly adequate!”

We (adults and 12 year old) stayed overnight between flights. The hotel is a reasonable distance from the airport (IAD). Check-in was swift and friendly. The room was a suite - excellent value - two bedrooms with shower rooms with an intermediate sitting rooms and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spotlessly clean, the rooms very quiet. The decor was a little tired and there was residual cigarette smoke, but we were pleasantly surprised overall. Breakfast was included and was self-service, with plenty of variety. Transport to the airport was provided, absolutely on time. If we had to stay overnight between flights we would happily stay here again - but as a base for Washington it would be a pretty poor location.

“Totally satisfied”

For those looking for a great hotel close to Dulles, this is one of the best options for sure. For group of peopl of 4 or more, they have spacious rooms. Really nice hotel!

“Best price and size for a family of 6”

The rooms were perfect for size especilally with having a total of six of us staying in one suite. Both bedrooms were great sized with 2 bathroom, which was perfect. You really couldn't have ask for a better room for the price, and we travel a lot. Only compliants were that rooms were not serviced over the weekend, so no clean towels or extra soap for dishwasher. The breakfast bar was not up to par. The hot food was poor quality, we stuck with the yogurt and cereal. Which was still better than having to buy breakfast every morning. I would definitley go back to this hotel.

“Great quality for the price”

I've got a very good rate and found this hotel great. We were 6 in a suite with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Plenty of room for all of us. Very good breakfast. The only negative aspect, for us, is the fact that it was a bit far from Washington DC. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

WELL WORTH EVERY DOLLAR.THE HOTEL ROOMS ARE ALL SUITES.THEY COME WITH A LIVING ROOM AREA,A KITCHEN WITH A FULL SIZE FRIDGE,ELECTRIC STOVE,MICROWAVE,DISHWASHER,COFFEE MAKER AND COME STOCKED WITH GLASSES,PLATES AND SILVERWARE.YOU GET 2 TVS,ONE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND 1 IN THE BEDROOM.BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE.BATHROOM WAS SMALL BUT OK TO SHOWER AND DO YOUR BUISNESS.THE FOOD OFFERED FOR THE FREE BREAKFEST WAS GOOD,SCRAMBLED EGGS,SAUSAGE OR HAM,BREAD,BEAGLES OR MUFFINS,WAFFLES,MILK,JUICE,COFFEE,FRESH FRIUT.THE HOTEL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.i NEED DIRECTIONS TO GET SOMEWHERE IN DC AND THE STAFF MAPQUESTED IF FOR ME AND PRINTED IN OUT.THIS HOTEL IS ABOUT 10 MINS FOR DULLES AIRPORT.OVER ALL MY STAY WAS GREAT AND WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

“Can't Wait To Go Back”

I was extremely satisfied with the location of the hotel and the staff service. They were kind and happy to assist. They made you feel welcomed. The hotel shuttle ran on a regular basis and everything was within reasonable distance. It was also fun riding the Metro BUS. For $6 to DC, you can't beat it !!!
