"My husband and son were in Indianapolis for a baseball tournament and the hotel the team had chosen to stay in was horrendous. I put out an SOS to Madeline begging for her unit. She responded immediately (which was awesome) and told me they could have the place ready. I had requested to check in the following day since we had already checked into the hotel and would be charged for that night. Madeline offered her place for THAT night at an EXTREME discount so we wouldn't be paying twice as much....
