"We stayed in the Sandpiper Lodge behind Lake Yellowstone hotel, which is an older hotel. Rooms were large and clean, the bed comfortable. We enjoyed access to the hotel, including the lounge with evening music. The staff was very helpful and tried their best. Unfortunately, they were seriously understaffed, which resulted in errors in cleaning; moreover, the restaurant was struggling with supply issues (they ran out of so many items at dinner and breakfast over our 4 day stay...) and seemed overwhelmed with the number of guests.
One consideration, which can be a plus or a minus - there is no Wifi and phone reception is weak."
"This property is showing signs of aging. It’s really to dos down after seeing Yellowstone. Feeding people breads and sugars for breakfast wasn’t great. No pool or spa working."
"Room was clean but bathtub had seen its better day. Room layout was nice with 2 sinks and a couch.
No hot breakfast was disappointing.
Great customer service."

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel with nice pool and slide. Also, had a fitness center, but had to go across the street to the lobby to use it. Best hotel near Yellowstone. Crazy room set ups with multiple types of beds from bunkbeds to sofa beds to queen bed."
"It is an older Hotel but the room was really nice and roomy. The Lady that checked us in was really friendly and helpful. Her name was Ann. Parking was fine it is first come first serve for parking. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was the Toilet was really low and hard to get off of."
