The property first was not sure of my days of stay as they had not gone through their emails. then they tried to charge me more than what I had been invoiced by EXPEDIA as room rent. When contested they reduced it but did not share a proper invoice which states the amount paid. they shared an invoice which was less than what I had paid. Rooms are basic, the bed linen rough and worn out, breakfast was pretty ordinary. the cutlery was dirty and the water bottles were dirty and dusty.

I was staying in this hotel for 4 days, and I got Hot water for bath only once. I made several complaints but, no response form hotel management.

Linen was spotty, bathrooms were not very clean, old infra, Iron did not work. Staff was helpful and prompt.
