The owner drove us to the train station twice. Once to get a ticket on the day of our arrival and again to get to our train. The owner also arranged laundry washing for us"

"We have traveled all over SE Asia for the past 3 months and this was the worst hotel/guest house we have stayed in. Upon check in, the owner demanded we pay an extra 100,000 VND (approx 5 USD) to use the air con, although it was included on the listing we booked online. Then the owner allowed us to check in early however told us the room had not been cleaned yet from a previous guest and promised it would be cleaned later. Someone came to our room to "clean" while we were out, but only folded...
