Very easy to get to from tube station from airport. Train station 10 minute walk, seafront 10 minute walk, breakfast was good, rooms nice (though no drawer space) but wardrobe space,free safe. Would use again.

Great location. Looks nice outside. Parking next door(not affiliated with the hotel) is reasonably priced. Rooms are very outdated. Carpets covered in bleach stains. Shower head falling off. Lots of caulking around the bathroom. Overall it's really old and requires serious updates. My team had 4 rooms during the stay and they were all like this. The location is very convenient. Close to everything. Walking distance from the beach(10 mins)

We asked for late check out the night before and the reception team were very kind to extend our checkout by an hour at no cost to ourselves. This meant we could hike Castle Hill then go back to the room for a shower.

Overall great location, friendly staff, clean and a good breakfast. Only downfall was that we kept losing power whenever we used the iron in the room. Bathrooms could be updated but otherwise happy with my stay and would recommend.

Excellent location that’s away from the tourists, but still extremely accesible via foot. 5min walk to the main strip, and under 10 to the beach. Very happy with our stay

The King Size bed was good and firm. The noise from The street was horrendous and it was virtually impossible to sleep. The breakfast was very good. Staff polite and helpful especially waiting and cleaning staff. It is close to Tram, fairly close to Rail and about 15 mins from the beach ( slow walk on a hot day). Triple glazing or a room at the back of the hotel is required but good standards otherwise.

I liked the location. Very convenient. Breakfast is 3.5 out of 5. Rooms need renovation. Old carpet that gives an old appearance to the room, First night I requested an extra pillow and extra bed sheet and the guy at the reception said that he was alone and nobody could provide them. This is the first “4 star hotel” I have stayed at that do not provide free bottled water. I would say it is not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars is more than enough.

The amenities as mentioned in others were kind true as the hotel needs to be updated. First no USB plug in and the front receptionist took a while to find an used adaptor and asked to be returned. Hilton Hotel provided a brand new adaptor and I returned it the front desk said you can keep it just in case you need it on your next trip. Secondly, Holiday Inn provided only two small pillow for our twin bed and pillow were small and very soft and flat. The bright point Wawa’s that the front desk staffs were friendly.

Perfect location
Spacious clean room with large windows looking onto street. Bathroom taps were leaking onto area onto sink and room furniture was a bit worn. Lobby area and restaurant seemed much more modern and colourful. Good breakfast which could be eaten in nice outside area. Located on quiet but main road. Very central for beach, train, shops. Tram stop right on doorstep.

I have stayed at this hotel several times but the rooms are tired and shabby. The common areas have been upgraded with great improvement. Staff are fabulous! The breakfast is very good The location is the main draw and for value in comparison to others nearby

I stayed here for 4 days with my wife and kids, the beds were not the most comfortable, but the location of the hotel is excellent. Hope the hotel will have more variety of menu for its breakfast. The same breakfast is a bit boring. The hotel is perfect for a family stay.
