Had a great time sharing a room with my girlfriend, staff was friendly and everything was clean and nice looking. Had one minor problem with the tv being a little lopsided but they offered a new room but it wasn't a big problem but the option was nice! Nice location at the beginning of the main strip and next to a grocery store!

As you enter from the parking lot, the smell is so lovely. It is a great welcome feature. The spa was great! Everything around the hotel and spa seemed to be very clean, which is a big thing for us.

I had messed up the reservation ( i booked the same day twice) but Clarissa set it right in a matter of seconds. It was 11:10 and her shift had already ended but she could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. She set the tone for an amazing stay! Thanks!

The perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The entire staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the fireplace was a beautiful touch. The spa was also amazing, received a massage during our visit. We will definitely return.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to use the shuttle service to go to and from dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and well-appointed. Definitely would stay again and take advantage of the spa services.

Every staff member at the hotel was great! The room was nice, but instructions for things were not explained and the lighting in the room was either blinding or very dim. Restaurants were good and service was excellent.

This was our first stay at 124 and we can’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived we were continually impressed by everything you look for in a quality boutique hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. John, a concierge of sorts, was amazing! The reception staff made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and decorated, immaculately clean and offers its guests a wonderful spa, dining options, a zen garden and privacy. We dined at Treadwell in the evening, which is located on the hotel property. Just like the hotel, we loved everything about it. It’s a farm to table fine dining experience in a comfortable atmosphere. Just like the hotel, we can’t wait to return. The entire hotel property is centrally located in Niagara On The Lake, you can walk to everything. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to various wineries etc. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay at 124!

Lovely boutique hotel with great location. All staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to be aware of is that there are several unconnected buildings. We were a short 30 second walk from the main building which held reception and dining. Call ahead if you want/need a room in the main building or have accessibility needs. We were in a Deluxe room which was spacious, had two 'livingroom' style chairs, a small desk area and big bathroom. Limited cable channels but ability to cast from phone apps (ie. Netflix) to TV.

I spent 2 nights in a Signature room. It was almost like a small apartment. Very modern, clean with a couch, and perfect considering my goal was to stay in and relax. The spa was wonderful. The hydro circuit was a great way to start and get in to a relaxed mode prior toy treatment. Shout out to Erin at the spa who was amazing and friendly without being chatty. The staff were all very helpful and I will definitely be back.

A gorgeous boutique hotel in historic area of N-O-L. Well kept and well appointed rooms. Friendly staff at front desk. It’s walkable cute little stores and lots of dining options. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We loved it!

Room 507 is in front of HVCA systmen and it is a very noisy place to stay. All properties around the main building are simply abandoned. No service or management presence and I doubt that the owners ever thought about making these properties accessible for seniors and/or wheelchairs.

We do take pride in the cleanliness of our 7 adjacent buildings and are sorry that you found them to appear abandoned.
