The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.Unfortunatly there was a wedding going on at the hotel and we were kept awake by slamming doors and yelling most of the night .I Don't think the hotel is worth the high price

Lovely area; however disappointing venue.
We spent 3 three nights on a mother/daughter get away. The service was reasonable; however the property is tired. The breakfasts were great and the dinners were average. We will not rush back.

Great stay for fabulicious and wine tasting
Stayed here overnight after a day of wine tasting and dinner. Pool and hot tub were a perfect ending to a great day.

Awesome!!
It was like I remembered it. The cordiality and the feeling of being very special. The rose was well received by my wife. The dinner experience was out of this world. The Chef outdid himself with the presentation and how delicious our food selections were. What not to say about our server, Rose, for her wine, food suggestions and her attention to details. Thank you Queen's Landing!!

Almost made it
Close to the waterfront, had a nice view from our room. Bathroom was a little outdated, standing shower was very small and leaked water all over the floors. Service was great. There was a 4 block walk to downtown but in cold weather we used the free shuttle a few times. Restaurant was a bit pricey even for off season so we went elsewhere.

Noisy wedding and a resort fee.....?!?!
This hotel is great. Our room was comfy and clean. Unfortunately there was a wedding celebration the weekend we were there. We could hear the music all night... Also there is a resort fee: you have to pay an extra 15$ for the parking, WiFi and swimming pool... The website and the people at the front desk don't mention it.

Our stay at the Queens Landing was great. We were greeted professionally as well as warmly. The rooms were very well kept and comfortable as well as spacious. The fireplace added a warm touch to our room and we enjoyed it's comfort on a cold day.

Wonderful service
I expected a beautiful hotel and was not disappointed. It was still decorated for Christmas and was done so beautifully and tastefully. It was the service however that made our stay so special. From the front desk to the lounge and dining room we were treated like royalty. Special kudos to Shelly in the lounge, Gerry in the dining room for breakfast. We also had the most wonderful homemade I've cream I have ever tasted. Thanks to all who made our short stay so memorable.

Love Niagara-On-The-Lake
Queen's Landing was appealing from the moment we drove in the parking lot. Check in went smoothly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe room with a fireplace. Only issues we had was that we could not control the temperature in the room. It was very hot. It was December, but we had the window open and it was still too hot. No need for the fireplace. The bathroom fan was either non-existent or not working, therefore, the smoke alarm outside the bathroom would go off after every shower if the door was left open. Sorry to any neighbours we woke up early during our stay. The gym, pool, hot tub area was appealing and very much used by those staying in the hotel. The location is great. We walked to the main street and it was a short, but pretty walk with all the Christmas lights still on. We have also stayed at their sister hotel, Prince of Wales, and didn't mind that Queen's landing was a little off the beaten track in comparison.

Nice place for a quiet romantic getaway.
Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Also, they were fast - our TV remote didn't work and they brought us a new one in about a minute. The room was nice and clean. Not huge but we were only there for a short time. The hotel was decorated very nicely for Christmas. We ate at Tiara, the restaurant in the hotel. Very nice. Was about $350 for dinner for two, but we didn't skimp on anything. Was not overpriced.

Anniversary Getaway!

Have stayed at this hotel MULTIPLE times in the past, and all has been perfect. This time, however, for some unknown reason, we were put in a room with one double bed for my husband and me. We had requested 2 double beds or a king. When we realized the size of the bed, it was late in the day and so we spent a very uncomfortable first night because there were no other available rooms. We then had to move rooms the next day, which we did ourselves. Bad and unexpected surprise at this hotel.

Girls getaway weekend
We stayed here for a girlfriend getaway weekend. We shopped and went to the wineries. The hotel was in a great location. We were a short walk to the water and also to the Main Street with restaurants and stores. My only complaint was that we were told we were getting queen beds. They seemed more like doubles.

Lovely historic hotel near Shaw Festival Theatre
Overall very good. Room was a little small by american standards but larger than european rooms. Tiara restaurant superb for gourmands. Magnificent paintings through out as well as gorgeous furnishings. Grounds lovely near river & marina. However, our room was not in mint condition. Rugs and blinds worn. Deep tub but no grab bar. Hand held shower head was frayed and less convenient than standard secure head. All rooms do not have a walk-in shower now condidered standard in this luxury price range. Area on lower back of entry door scuffed and appeared dirty.

Close to everything
We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of downtown Niagara-on-the Lake. Although it is a little pricey, and there is no breakfast included, we felt that it was worth it for a short stay to be this close to everything, including the beach. The staff was also very helpful, and the place has many amenities if you have a longer stay than we did.
