Terrible customer service. There were too many mosquitoes who welcomed me when I enter the room. There were bed bug marks found on The side of the bed which seems dirty place. Also, the pillows had some hairs which seemed like they never change it. The manager working there don't know how to talk professionally. He literally became abusive when I complaint about mosquitoes & bed bugs. I decided to leave in the morning because the listing was not described as in the pictures as well as customer service. I was offered a ROOM SPRAY to Prevent mosquitoes which I denied because living with my Infant. I had to go through Expedia agents to get my refund, but they couldnt help me saying owner has no refund policy which is ridiculous! They Are making free money beware of those scammers! They have NO REFUND policy because they know that customer would ask for refund after seeing their place. Also, the room pictures are totally different than posted in the ads of Milan Garden Inns. They were supposed to refund me, but I assumed that I gave my money to charity

Reasonable quality for the cost.
I chose this place based on a modest budget. I have stayed in similar motels previously. This place was clean. Lots of hot water. Bedding was reasonably good. _Brand new knob and deadbolt locks._ The proprietor was kind and soft-spoken. :-)

We were disappointed to find the pool empty, especially since it was over 80 degrees F. Other pools for other hotels in the area were also drained so may have been due to conservation requirements. There is a great pizza take out restaurant nearby and also a cool playground about a mile away that as a zip line swing. It is a good hotel for a comfortable bed and does still have its own little playground which kids enjoyed playing on while I got things packed up in the morning.

You get what you pay, so just don’t expect too much. Shower was not working and couldn’t tell it to the staff because nobody was around. Positive were the 3 beds for our group of 4

Bed was comfy, that's about it.... I believe they're on well water as water smelled funky. Bathroom was somewhat run down (paint peeling, no fan, broken mirror, toilet took 30 minutes to fill after flush). TV was HD with a handful of SD channels. Walls were paper thin, neighbours partying at 2am was fun. The glorious pool featured in all their photos wasn't even filled.....wouldn't stay there again. On the flip side the microwave and fridge worked.

The property is nothing like the pictures. The area is unkept , overgrown with weeds, the pool is full of sludge and garbage. The main entrance is unkept and smells of body odor and stale food. They have a no refund policy so if you pay in advance of seeing the place then you are screwed for getting your money back.

Pool is out of service, likely for a long time. Claiming a pool is misleading. We picked this hotel because it claimed to have a pool, which was non-functional. Again, the claims of a pool for this hotel are false & misleading.

FULL GARBAGE BAGS STORED OUTSIDE ALONG THE DIRTY EMPTY POOL. DISGUSTING YELLOW STAINED BROWN PILLOW. BADLY STAINED UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS. CIGARETTE BURNED SHEETS. THIN 20 YEAR OLD COMFORTERS. FILTHY ROOM. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS RUN DOWN HELL. DONT DONT STAY THERE ! PICTURES SHOWN TAKEN WHEN IT WAS BEST VALUE INN. STAY AWAY. The rooms were clean and somewhat updated. The only thing that would make the rooms better would be getting rid of the carpet. The beds were comfortable. Our limited interaction with the personnel was polite, courteous, friendly and helpful. The location is great because you are only about 5 minutes from all the action of Niagara and less than 15 minutes to St. Catherine's. We would definitely stay there again.

Very old and needs updating. No coffee maker in room, no kleenex in room, no laundry bags, no vanity, no safety locks etc. cover on mattress not clean.

Nice Clean Room.
Stayed two nights, slept well. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily. Very clean and well maintained room. If only the TV channel selection was better, the stay would have been a perfect 10.
