The views were great. Acommodation was clean which was much appreciated after staying in Ho Chi Minh city prior. The bathroom didnt really make any sense. We had a stand in shower bath tub but due to the way it was designed, water would spill out of the bath regardless. Not too much great activity at the resort to do...but it was a decent place to stay at while exploring Nha Trang for the week.

Truly a beautiful setting and class place with lots of amenities. Friendly, VERY helpful staff and decent breakfast buffet. Rooms were okay, clean and comfortable. Great location and security. Would definitely recommend.

Worst hotel experience ever
The bad experience started right when we arrived. The security guard wouldn't let our taxi in because he didn't have our reservation on his list. Even after showing our hotels.com confirmation he still wouldn't let us in but we had to wait for 20minutes. When we eventually got in and told the front desk this they just laughed. No apologies. After check-in we realised that there were 12 rowdy teenage football teams staying in the hotel as well. When we tried to escape the noise from them by going to the bigger pool, we were told it was closed for refurbishment so no other options for some peace and quiet. Again, no apologies from the hotel. As the cherry on top of our stay, the final night the fire alarm went off at 4am. I went to reception to check and they said don't worry, it's not a fire. I said in that case you need to shut the alarm off and the staff said no. No explanation. I eventually gave up and went back to my room. The alarm continued for 30minutes. When we checked out the staff at the reception desk didn't make a single word of apology, instead we were told we had to pay for a bottle of water from the mini bar. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Great stay!
It was very comfortable and a nice stay! However, the other swimming pool was out of use due to back to back weddings at the hotel.

the property is located in the heart of the city however because of his location being a river island, it seems away from the chaos of the road and you can enjoy breakfast with open doors and terrace on the river sides. The swimming pool is a very good size with swimmer and has kids sides as well to play in the water with out worrying about it.

Excellent stay, service and food
Everything was very good but it would have been nice to have more than 4 employees who understood and could communicate in english. A cook that doesn't understand what eggs over easy are should not be dealing directly with customers or at least told the basics of english for what he is doing. Front desk very good and attends you very quickly. Check in took about 2 minutes. Room cleaned twice a day very fast A little disappointed about the lack of friendliness (and appearance of unhappiness) of the staff that did not speak english (not sure why). A smile goes a long way.

Champa far exceeded my expectations. Nha Trang has become an overcrowded zoo, but Champa Island is a true Oasis of calm relaxation and comfort. WE experienced the friendliest most attentive staff of any of the 100 plus resorts we have stayed in. Rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with western and asian choices to satisfy any desire. Pools were very clean, as was the entire resort. Riverside seafood restaurant was very good with reasonable prices. Hard to really describe the terrific two weeks we had!

Good family resort at exce rates
The resort is beautiful and next to the river. The 'private beach' is a little misleading as the beach is a couple of miles away, but they do have a shuttle that goes there every hour or so. The staff is super efficient and very welcoming. Really goes the extra mile to accommodate your requests and ready to give advice on the attractions the city has to offer. On-site restaurants serve good quality food but lack ambiance. The breakfast is excellent and I really enjoyed eating right beside the riverside. It's a family resort and become very quiet very early in the evening. It offer spa facilities in the cutest little huts.

Fantastic stay at Champa Island Resort. They kindly upgraded us to experience the newly open Cham Oasis Apartments and the experience was wonderful. Full breakfast included every morning. Great pool area and attached gym. Really nice place to enjoy some quite rest and relaxation. We will happily return to these apartments should we return to Nha Trang

Beautiful Resort
The free upgrade from a garden view room to a pool view room brought the entire staying experience to a new level. Every morning, this pool view room is the source of the good mood to kick start the day. Pros: - Room and facilities condition - Nice breakfast buffet - Good location, in the center of Nha Tran city which is near to travel Diep Son Island or Vinpearl Island Cons - Only a handful of few senior staff are able to communicate in English (imagine yourself bring down the menu to Reception to order the room service, and the waitress doesn't understand what are butter and scramble eggs) - The hotel is flooded with China tourist which serve as a good alarm clock every morning around 7am, some of them shouted from one end of the corridor to the other end, like they did back in their village.

Comfortable, quiet and out of the way
Pros: Great breakfast buffet, nice pools, quiet location (once you get past 9/10pm and all the weddings/birthdays etc have cleared out). Cons: Not a lot of food options on offer close by, 20-30 minute walk to the beach/main drag of Nha Trang - there are usually taxis waiting and there is a free transfer at certain times.

Outdated hotel
Every single morning there would be something that wakes you up. There was staff shouting at 5am one day and a concert or rally at 7am the next. Do not stay here if you expect to sleep past 5am. Rooms are also outdated and staff is not nice. I was carrying something heavy while dragging my luggage and staff didn't even bother to move their vacuum out of the way. I had to put stuff down to move it myself. I come to nha trang very often from the USA and will probably never stay here again.

Nice relaxed location
We checked in late at night. At no stage were we offered any information about the resort, location of facilities nor information about Nha Trang - this was disappointing. Even more disappointing was that the advertised restaurants was currently only one restaurant with a very limited selection of food. Apart from this, the room was lovely, as was the pool. It was a shame that the advertised bar at the pool was never open.

1)此酒店有一天我下午掛牌清潔,晚上回來沒清潔。 2)有一超高斜梯級拉行李上落平地,一定要改善,有輪椅客一定上唔到房間。有老人即唔會用此酒店。

It was our first time in Nha Trang and we were overwhelmed by big waves and tall buildings near the long beach. It was nice to hang out laying down on sunbeds at the beach but for me, it was much better to stay in this resort than any other place in Nha Trang. It had everything I needed, nice clean pools, bright rooms, shuttle golf cars, river view, awesome breakfast and so on...I was just so satisfied with all of the staffs and features of this island after a few days in Hanoi and Nha Trang downtown. The resort is just 5-10 min of taxi or shuttle ride away from the downtown so it is very convenient to explore the city as well but when you come back to the resort, you can feel such a pleasant quietness and peaceful vibe. The room rate was very reasonable comparing to other resorts in Nha Trang and I would love to be back.

수영장이 잘갖쳐진 기본이 되있는 호텔
모든 부분에서 기본이 되어있습니다. 조식이 괜찮았습니다. 다만 시내와는 좀 떨어져 있어 셔틀운영시간에 맞추어 활동해야 한다는 불편함은 있음 특히 수영장이 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어 수영 좋아하는 아이가 있는 가족에게는 좋은것 같습니다.

참파 아이슬란드 호텔... 이곳에는 참파 그룹에서 하는 콘도텔도 같이 있음 가족 여행이라면 콘도텔을 추천하겠음.. 호텔에는 웨딩장이 같이 있어서 저녁에는 너무 번잡스러움.. 같은 참파 그룹의 콘도텔 사용이 수영장이나 조식 사용에도 더 편리함.

시내에서 조금 떨어진 4성급 리조트. 상당히 넒은 땅을 가지고 있습니다. 직원들이 상당히 친절하고 이름값이 있는 호텔이라서 참파아일랜드라고 하면 택시기사들의 거의 다 알아들어요.

좋은 추억 가져갑니다!
이 호텔 덕분에 나트랑 여행이 좋은 추억으로 남을것 같아요. 시설이용도 모두 편하게 되어있고, 직원들도 너무나 친절하며, 음식도 무난합니다! 특히 쿠베라의 풀장 전경을 잊을 수가 없네요. 매우 넓고 화려하진 않지만 여유로운 시간을 즐기기에는 최적화 되어있다고 생각합니다. 호텔로 예약했지만 가족이 지내기 좋은 콘도텔로 업그레이드를 시켜주셨습니다. 물론 남는방이 있얶으니 가능했겠지만 방이 남아도 가격에만 맞추는 일빈호텔들과는 다른 특별한 서비스마인드에 감동했습니다! 여행중에 아이가 아팠는데도 환경이 너무도 쾌적해서 전혀 불안하거나 불편함이 없었네요. 마지막으로 참스파(맛사지) 강추 입니다! 지금 니트랑 시내에서 어떤 맛사지를 받아도 참파아일랜드에서 받은 맛사지와 비교가 안됩니다^^
