Thank you for the lovely review and the 10 out of 10 for your stay on our resort. Its so nice to hear you enjoyed your stay and liked the location and the little extras we provide. As you say normally you would have to venture off to find the bits you need. I will pass your comments onto The Venue bar. I do apologise about the WiFi. We do advertise on the booking platforms that its only available in public areas. this is one thing we are looking into. Once again thank you very much and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Thank you for taking time to leave us a review of your stay with us. Im pleased to here found the views nice and the caravans in a good condition. We have a relativity new fleet of caravans. Im sorry about the network service. We do state on our booking platforms that network service is limited due to our location in the valley. WiFi is available on the resort in public areas (Venue Bar, Cafe, Pool Area). Once again thank you for your review and hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for your review. We do say the pods are for two adults and two small children. I hope your concerns were reported to reception while on your stay so they could help resolve the issues. Thanks again for your feedback

Thank you Hannah for leaving your recent review, However I do have to disagree with some of the points you have raised. Check in time is 4pm and we do offer guests to check in as soon as the accommodation becomes available so sometimes this can be earlier, while guests wait they are welcome to use all our facilities on site. I do apologise that you had issues during your stay, once reception closes there is a clear sign that states any issues or queries to just pop over to the Venue and the staff working will be more than happy to help this is also in your arrival pack information, we can then make relevant calls to either housekeeping or maintenance. The very next morning Housekeeping had come straight up and deep cleaned the caravan for you so we do take your concerns seriously. Unfortunately as you had booked through a booking agency we were not aware that you would have preferred a non-dog unit, as you booked a dog friendly unit we thought you weree bringing a dog. We cannot always ‘mask’ the smell of dog. I can certainly confirm that there was no dog ‘urine’ as you have stated. However housekeeping cleaned and washed all the carpets & the sofa again for you. Maintenance came out as soon as you called with regards to the alarm and answered straight away, coming out to you within minutes at 3am. When arriving to the unit it was in fact just the battery which was highlighted on the button. However this is frustrating and I am sorry that this may have affected your stay. I can only apologise that the staff went above and beyond to assist with all your concerns and all problems raised had been dealt with straight away. The staff worked extremely hard to make sure that the accommodation met your needs. Feedback is always welcome so where we can we will continue to make improvements.
