Spoke 2 times for a non conjoining room, checked in, got to the room, it was conjoining, after a long day of driving to tired to request a room change discovered no hot or even warm water for shower. Will not be coming back.

It was as described. Hotel staff was wonderful. There were many repairs in process but only in the hallways.

Mr. Douglas please contact Expedia Customer Service for that issue. If you don't mind could you please remove the review. It reflects on the hotel and not Expedia. This section is provided to review the hotel, not Expedia. This is a very old hotel, the carpet is super dirty, there are so many spiderwebs around the windows. It’s disgusting. Pool area is dirty. There are no fans in the bathrooms so rooms smell humid and moldy. The bed was very comfortable though. The walls are very thin and it’s a very loud hotel. I would not stay here again.

There wasn’t a chair/sofa in the room. The only chair was the “office desk chair” and it was very worn out. That’s the reason I gave 4 stars for property conditions. It was very nice and clean in other aspects.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was what is generally available but very well prepared and fresh. Room was clean and comfortable and even had a unit to keep the air clean. We slept great.

My husband and I were visiting family in the Newnan area for 8 days and this establishment was convenient to their home. I was able to get a reasonable price thru Expedia and all accommodations were as expected. They served a good breakfast with a variety of eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and cereal and their coffee was outstanding. Parking was very good as I had a handicapped spot right outside the hallway door. Personnel were friendly and eager to help in any way. They have washers and dryers available to visitors. Rooms were confortable and clean.

The room was so moisture that bed comforter, quilt feel sticky. The property advertised as 24 hours gym with indoor pool, however, gym is not 24 hours, and indoor pool is unavailable to use. We booked and paid to Expedia, so we called Expedia, and we get approved to checkout for a full refund for the second night, we booked a Hilton hotel nearby immediately. When we at the desk to checkout, the rep gave us difficult saying if we booked directly from them, it is not problem for us checkout and get refund as we are checkout before 10am in the morning. Because we booked from Expedia, they asked us to deal with Expedia, however, we told them we did, and get the confirmation that we can checkout, the rep just didn't coordinate, regardless, we just left. We realize that not many guests in this property anyway, maybe that's explained what service gap between reality and what they promised on its advertising.
