"The first room I got was completely awful, had a smell , towels were on the ground toilet seat was up , hair all over the bed , table was dirty , I was super turned off but it was late I didn’t have a choice I had to stay , I immediately called the front desk to be moved got moved to another room , the toilet paper roll was pretty much finished no new ones in site to replace it , had to call numerous times for towels , some of pillows weren’t even actual pillows it was like throw pillows you’d put on your couch , the only positive experience was the security and the airport shuttle at 430 am !"
