Great Location - Dollhouse size room

Posted 01-Dec-2014
Pros: The location is the biggest asset of this hotel - 1/2 block from Times Square, the theatres, and shopping.
Cons: Change furniture that only has legs and a top - to furniture with drawer space for clothing and other traveling necessities.
Location: Location is great. But, I would try one of the other many hotels in this area before I stayed at the Night Hotel again.
Staff very pleasing and friendly. The bar and restaurant was dark and unattractive, We didn't visit because of this. Note: the hotel is dark and gloomy. We had to live and work our clothes out of suitcases because there was no normal furniture with drawer space at all. The only small closet for hanging closes also had a small refrigerator and safe in it. Didn't allow much room for anything else. If you're claustrophobic, don't choose this hotel!

Good Tourist Location

Posted 27-Oct-2014
Pros: Great location
Cons: Air conditioners are quite loud and temperamental. Get rid of the shower curtains
Location: Very short walk to Times Square. Lots of shops and restaurants
Very close to Times Square. Rooms are quite small though (even for New York). Nice sushi restaurant in the hotel.

Chic in the Square

Posted 02-Oct-2014
Location: everything, its on TimeSquare
Night hotel was very chic and clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I was surprised to see they had a smoking patio , which please me because I am a smoker. If I had anything negative to say sis that the place décor is dark, and mirrored, hence the name "Night Hotel" another fellow guest made the comment to myself, very elegant Vampirish, The rooms were a bit small but Location Location Location ....and very good price. I would say this is more an adult hotel. I was very pleased.

Very nice vibe & great location!

Posted 19-Sep-2014
Pros: Friendly staff! I booked the wrong date, but my reservation was changed at the reception at no extra cost. Room.
Location: Proximity to Times Square.
I stayed there for one night and I liked the hotel very much. Next time I'm in NY this will be my first option. I specially recommend it for romantic getaways. The rooms are decorated just with that in mind. Some people complained about the nudes on the walls, but in my opinion they were all very artistic... just like nude paintings!

NIce overnight stay

Hotel staff was amazing. They greeted me by name every single time I entered or exited the hotel. I received a room upgrade without asking. Loved the design. The room was small but who cares! Its Manhattan! Ate at the Sushi restaurant that is connected to the hotel and the food was good.

Sold out of rooms

Posted 18-Sep-2014 on Hotels.com
When I arrived at hotel they had music playing so loud in bar that even the desk clerk cound not understand some things I said. But he did tell me they were sold out of rooms, interesting as he said Expedia does that, but it was not Expedia. It was 11PM and I was exhausted from travel. SO, he was nice and said they would put me at sister hotel 3 blocks away. Then he had to go draw up paperwork that took 15 mins. Get to other hotel and they tell me they dont know about this, but look at paperwork. Took them another 30 mins to finally check me in. I get in room at 12 AM. Room was nice and clean and quiet, but this room selling out thing is NOT good.
