The hotel has no renovations going on at this time and we did do many upgrades last year with all brand new beds, carpet, lamps, paint and sofa beds throughout the hotel. We do apologize that you felt your room was not completed as well as having problems with our AC units which are thoroughly cleaned each week. Good Evening Nancy, Thank you for the feedback from the recent say you had with us here at the hotel. We do appreciate hearing from you so thank you for your comments. We are sorry you did not like our older hotel that was opened in 1901 and has the "Old World" style look that does include window AC's and radiator heat in the Winter. We would say the hotel is very clean and we have the highest cleanliness scores for hotels in the neighborhood. We do provide 24 hour coffee/ tea service in our Carnegie Lounge but we do have upon request, Keurig makers so we are sorry that you did not know that.
