Jorge - As specified on our website and all out platforms, the pool is not open until Memorial Day weekend. Furthermore, not only did we apologize anyway, we also offered an upgraded room for your return when the pool is open. Hope your day gets better.
Room was large and beds comfortable. Great location - close to restaurants and subway. Quiet even though facing the freeway - room was 318.

Property was very cute and was in the perfect location in Williamsburg. So easy to walk around, great for a tourist weekend in Brooklyn. Also right by train station.

The front desk staff were not friendly and were not helpful. The hotel is not very accommodating and people who work at the front desk seem to be annoyed with guests . Our hotel room was dirty with sticky floors and dirty bathroom walls. The hotel needs to be refreshed with new towels, a paint job and maybe some new furniture . It was not worth the money we had to pay to stay here. Very convenient to the subway ! Good location.

A bit on the pricey side… but what hotel in NYC isn’t!! Drove in from upstate NY, super convenient parking garage, super convenient to subway, lots of everything in the area. Very nice hotel, looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms and the hotel ambience is very nice, convenient location, was noisy on one night with loud music until 12:30 - appears to be hotel event which is confusing as I thought most hotels would enforce quiet time. Made it very difficult to sleep

My only complaint is I paid for a breakfast and there was no breakfast
Understand that it is a holiday short staff etc , but I don’t feel I should pay for it if it was not available refunds please

Nicole - Thank you for the 4/5! Regarding the breakfast vouchers this morning, I'm the person you spoke with at the desk. The barista was walking back from picking up a pot of coffee to the bar in the midst of our conversation. I pointed her out as she was walking behind you and you mentioned that you didn't want to wait for breakfast and had to leave - gave me your breakfast vouchers and left. She must've been gone no longer than 5 minutes. We hope to see you soon!
Room not ready at checkin time. Given lesser room although paid for room with sitting room. Did not bother mentioning this because we had already waited to get in room. Staff was very nice though and offered drinks while we waited. Hotel itself is very nice and convenient.

We loved the location and the staff were great. The coffee was delicious in the morning the bar was lovely in the evening and our loft room was very cool. On a negative side the bathroom door in our room didn’t close entirely and the door to the patio allowed in lots of cold air.
