There was urine all over the bathroom wall. My room smelt like urine as well. The little couch in my room had a burnt iron mark on it. The walls were extremely dirty. My room was a non smoking room and it smelt like straight up cigarette!!!

After checking the room we had swapped you out of I found no urine stains of any kind on any of the walls, nor did the room smell of urine or cigarette. After we swapped your room we cleaned the room up and sold it to another guest, who I imagine would have complained if the room smelled of urine and cigarettes, but we heard none from them. Perhaps you have a more acute sense of smell than most, but we were not able to identify the problem of which you are claiming, we apologize.

I would Never stay here again. Even the plug for the hair dryer was cracked and exposed the wiring. Unsafe, dirty. Also the ice maker was also broke. TERRIBLE

Dear guest, we saw the hair drier you mentioned and while there is a bit of plastic missing where an inconsiderate guest had broken it off, there were no exposed wiring and it was not unsafe at all. It was merely a cosmetic flaw, which we have dealt with. We also could have provided a hair drier if you had asked. As for the ice machine we are waiting on a new one to come in so in the meantime we have been buying ice and filling it in the ice machine to guests convenience. If there was no ice when you tried you could have inquired with staff and we would have been more than happy to provide some for you. It seems many of your issues could have been solved with communication with staff, we would have been more than willing to see to your needs.

There was nobody working on property in the evening. You had to check in on a kiosk. The hotel felt unsafe. There was a shopping cart left at the entrance of the hotel. The rooms were relatively clean. However the property is old and run down. I had to check out and go to a different hotel up the street. Seems like it would be a decent stay if you’re budget conscious. For me it was worth it to pay an extra $50 and stay somewhere a little nicer.

The place has bugs dead & alive, stained bed bedspreads, marded walls. Video off site front desk manager Paul was uncooperative and refused to refund within our 1st 20 minutes. How ever Andreas started his shift and was exceptional with addressing this and crediting a refund after view our concerns, also all his staff was very friendly and professional.

The room was decent. Has old heaters so there was a musty smell wheb we enetered that had to be aired out. In the parking lit there was old meral post in the ground that could easily puncture a tire- not marked at all. Beds are really firm. Staff at front desk was very unwelcoming. Their communication was terrible with guests- especially man with long hair. Breakfast is donuts, muffins, cereal, fruit. We will not be staying again but it is ok if youre just needing a place to stay noy a hotel to enjoy with your family.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The sink didn't drain properly. The bathroom still had the dirty towels from the first before us. The breakfast was not stocked and did not have any protein.

Hotel room was in disrepair peeling old leather chair at the desk, broken shower curtain rod so curtain wouldn’t close, dust filled old ripped fabric chair in the corner. There were also creepy guys hanging around this hotel at all hours of the night. It wasn’t dirty like I actually think the housekeeping was doing their job but it was icky, for a lot of reasons. I’d never stay here again and would not recommend, especially for women or children.

It wasn’t the worst hotel. My room was very dated. Needed a paint job. The toilet didn’t flush too well. The shower area was a bit funky. I liked the TV channel lineup and the hot tub.

I was in Colorado for a fishing trip. This was a perfect location and accomodations. The rates were fair and allowed ys to spend more for for food at nicer restaurants 12 mi away. Easy access to these facilities from the highway.

Great motel to stay. The hot tub wasn't working on arrival but was fixed quickly. Housekeeping was hit and miss some cleaners better then others. It was a great place to stay and would definitely stay again!

Hotel is nice for the price we paid , our checking experience was totally a nightmare trying to talk to a person in the front desk and all we could get was someone from who knows where in the kiosk, very unpleasant and it took us almost and hour to get check in .

Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this establishment. The back of your room door still says Choice Hotel. The pool needs to be painted, and the pool deck area is used for storage. The breakfast is less than desirable. The cleaning staff has no excellence either. They removed my used towels, and did not replace them. There is black mold growing on the ceiling tiles going down the hallway. Management and Wyndham need to put some effort into this place.
