This was the WORST experience of my life.....no way would I ever ask even my worst enemy to stay here

“THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!!”

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever booked. It was so filthy we did not end of staying there, therefore we ended up paying twice for the same nights. The curtains were stained and falling from the curtain rods, the carpets were stained and not vacuumed, cobwebs in the corners, bathtub and toilet were filthy. The room next door to us had broken windows and there was plywood up to the windows. I am shocked that Expedia would even offer this hotel. We didn't even dare touch the bed let along sleep in it. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

“Not impressed”

Room was dirty. Dust around the edges of room and on furniture. Dirt on walls, worse around the door area. Went to take a shower and water went from warm to very hot in seconds. Scary!!

“Cheap, but you get what you pay for!”

The hotel, one of few in Needles, was conveniently located just off the highway. However, upon arrival I was met by rather unprofessional teenage desk clerks. Though they accommodated my reservation and requests, it wasn't without some consternation on my part. The room itself was spartan. The restroom and shower were unclean and severely outdated. The hotel is also located on a hill above I-40 - bring ear plugs. If you're looking for a cheap stay over - this is your place.

“Not Extremely Impressed”

Don't know if this hotel is "typical" for Needles, CA but it was a dump and overpriced in my opinion. On the bright side -- I didn't see any bugs, the management was VERY nice and they took dogs -- so if you're exhausted and just want to sleep and leave -- it'll work!

“Not impressed”

This motel (or at least our room) should be shut down for remodeling and redecorating. While it was clean, it was rather shabby. Draperies needed some hooks replaced, the back was coming off a night stand, bedspread should be replaced. Also, there were no darkening shades, so that light from the outside shown in above the drapery rod.

“A Pleasant Stay”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have high praise for both the evening and morning staff members. They were very courteous and helpful.

We thought for such a good price that even the bad reviews we saw could not be that bad for just a quick overnight stay. Will never ignore bad reveiws again. The room was stuffy and reeked of some perfumey smell like maybe the stuff people sprinkle on carpets or something. It was suffocating. We tried to leave the door open as long as possible to air it out and cranked up the fan, but didn't feel comfortable because the same car drove past our parking area 3 times and that was weird. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. By morning we could smell what the perfumey stuff was covering up...we could not pack up and get out of there fast enough. We have stayed in much older buildings than this that were better maintained so it is no excuse...Do not stay here. Not worth it. No complaint about the staff, they were fine.
