The property is in a stunning place with beautiful views. There was not even coffee or tea available when we got there, and walking the Camino that was inconvenient and frankly appalling that you can not offer guests even basics like coffee or tea. Generally the room furniture and bathroom has a run down tired look, but the bed was comfortable.

My room was on the second floor. The room faxed the ocean and it was enjoyable watching the tide coming going in and out. The place at one time was used as a monastery from the 14th century. So cool.

The hotel is lovely, however it isn’t very accessible using public transport & the nearby town doesn’t have much to offer in terms of amenities. There was a wedding being held the day we arrived (which they kindly informed us of). We didn’t receive a warm welcome when we arrived, although this may have been because they were busy with the wedding.

Check events calendar
Nice location, interesting facility, helpful staff BUT, if possible call to see if there is an event scheduled, otherwise it can be too noisy for sleeping after a day on the Camino Ingles. Basically it is a very nice rental hall for business, weddings etc.

This hotel is beautiful and in a delightful setting. There was a wedding at the hotel on the day that we stayed but we had been given prior warning of the event. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the river.

A great place to stay on the Camino.
A beautiful place. One issue for those walking the Camino, i.e. arriving on foot: no restaurant in the immediate vicinity.

Worth the effort to find
Hotel is in a location approx 5 Km out of Ferro, so a car is essential. Breakfast supplied is reasonable, for European standards, and staff are helpful and friendly - helps if you know some Spanish. Hotel can be difficult to find but the locale is peaceful and quite scenic.

Rural. No dispone de comidos.Solo desayuno. Pero es estupenda la conexión para ir a Fene o a Neda con taxi (y su taxista) y ademas magnifico trato del personal. Ubicacion perfecta para descanso.

Bel endroit pour se reposer et se détendre
excellent séjour dans cet hôtel charmant et très accueillant. Le lieu est splendide et nous avons trouvé un coin chaleureux où nous reposer (la pluie nous y obligeant). Mention spéciale à la belle bibliothèque et au gentil crêpier qui nous a donné un goût de Bretagne. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Guillermo l' hote de ce lieu et heureux propriétaire de cette demeure familiale, s 'exprime dans un français remarquable et fait tout pour rendre ce séjour très agréable.Le petit déjeuneux ext excellent ! L idéal avec un groupe d' amis serait de privatiser le lieu pour un évènement ou mariage ! Terrateniente por tres días
Una discreta pero cuidada intervención con tintes modernos en la arquitectura antigua del pazo lo vuelve acogedor y elimina lo que huela a rancio. Habitar una casona casi a solas como si fueras el dueño. Sin aglomeraciones en desayunos o ascensores. Como en casa. Tanto si quieres usarlo solo para alojarte y salir luego en coche a visitar las rías altas como si vas y vienes varias veces al día (cambiarte, siesta, dejar compras) es muy cómodo y práctico por su ubicación.
