Was definitely not a luxury stay or experience. The “best rooms” available are right next to reception where it can be loud especially at 7am. We had no water in our room for 3 hours no one reached out to us, we had to reach out to them to let them know and they look an hour to get back to me and said they didn’t know what was going on. Water damage and mold in bathrooms and used cheap paint to paint over. Offered filtered water in room for drinking that smelled like a fish tank. Lady at front desk absolutely clueless as to what was going out the entire stay. For this price point I’m sure there are better stays else where. Walls are paper thin, you could hear your neighbors farts and conversations. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is stunning, it’s quite an experience to stay inside historical ruins. I loved the vibe of being inside a museum but at the same time the service was exceptional and they never missed a detail.
