What a dump!
This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). I stopped complaining except that after a few hours I had to move to another superior room dungeon because the aircon was not working properly. How can Hotels.com possibly send their customers to this absolute ditch.

The hotel claims to have a parking lot however, they have available places to park outstide the limits of the hotel exposing the car at night time. On top of that, this space is not fully connected to the hotel perimeter for it needs someone to unlock the door to allow the guest to reach the car without having to walk an entire block. Aside from that, everything was really good and the staff absolutely friendly!

If you want to be close to downtown Natal and the beach, this is a prime spot. The rate seemed reasonable, although I am curious to know how much it would cost when the World Cup is not going on. But on the on whole, I enjoyed it. My room had a great view of the ocean, and the breakfast buffet provided an interesting introduction to Brazilian food, including their love of starches and fruits. Undoubtedly the best part is being 30 feet from the ocean, which is a little rough, but at certain times of the day swimmable.

Nice stay
Stayed here for the World Cup. Good location and awesome service. Not an amazing neighborhood but you're in Brazil and that's hard to come by. Right on the water and in great area for shopping in downtown.

Location is on the older urban city beach front. Beautiful ocean but not much development. One tourist shopping market a block away.
Good location for surfers, beach walkers, adventure travelers. Not fancy area. Local Brazilians are usually flooding the urban beaches on weekends... which is great to see. There are 6 beautiful beaches all in a row. This one is in the middle. The climate is hot. Bring sunscreen.

A estrutura do hotel em si é boa porém o quarto é muito pequeno, sem conforto e sem isolamento acústico. Qualquer ruído no andar é ouvido como se fosse dentro do quarto.

Todos funcionários muito educados!Localizado em uma ótima região, beira mar, a Aréa da piscina muito boa, mas os quartos... péssimos, fiquei em um que era no "subsolo" parede meio amarelada, quase sem janela, o banheiro só tinha um leve abertura, a toalha toda esgarçada de gasta, pedi para mudar de quarto (isso nunca aconteceu antes) fui para um outro que havia janelas, mas o lençol de forro do colchão não cobria toda a cama, juro, hahaha o fim fica um palmo de colchão sem lençol, não achei nada higiênico! Não gostei também do café da manhã.

Hotel tem aspecto de velho e mau cuidado. Meu quarto tinha infiltração na parede e na entrada do quarto, a noite apareceu barata. O colchão não é plano, rebaixado no meio e cama barulhenta.O estacionamento e para pouquíssimos carros, o meu teve que ficar na rua. Café da manhã fraco, básico.

O hotel é ok. Serve mesmo apenas pra ter um lugar pra dormir e tomar banho com dignidade. Ele é bem antigo mas é enorme. Não recomendo pegar o quarto standart, é um cubículo fechado, sem janela, parece um porão. Minha reserva estava para quarto superior mas me colocaram num quarto desse por engano, mas rapidamente foi resolvido.

Condições boa. Limpeza boa. Atendimento muito bom. Estrutura em geral. Boa. Elevador, precisa de manutenção, urgente. A porta fica aberta subindo e descendo. Manutenção nas portas e banheiro, fazer com urgência. Portas, quebradas, largando lascas de madeira. Banheiros, vazamentos nas duchas, nas descargas, pia e chuveiros... Café da manhã, muito bom. Área de lazer e espaço das piscinas, excelente... Área da recepção muito boa.
