We stayed here during the World Cup and couldn't have had a better experience. It was a bit far away from Ponta Negra but we had no trouble getting taxis to and from there. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful Would definitely recommend staying here.
Great service. Ample space. There was something wrong with the temperature of the shower though. Also, they don't give you enough bed covers (would have preferred a thicker blanket). I am sure they would deliver if you ask, but it was too late for me and I was too tired to care.
Overall, always have a pleasurable experience here.
From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly, helpfull and supportive. I arrived very late in Natal to check-in, but that did not make any difference in regards to the staffs attentiveness and friendlyness. The best english speaking staff was found at that hotel. The breakfast was very good, and also stood out from the normal fare you get. The rooms were very clean pleasant, and the entire ambience was relaxing. A great plus was the five minutes walk away from the beach (Ponte Negra), and I was very pleased to have been given a room, that went out to a great terrace with expanding views over Ponte Negra, and out to the sea. Another great plus was that WiFi and internet did work flawlessly in that hotel. All in all this was the best hotel and the best experience I had out of all the accommodation I stayed during my entire trip throughout South America.
