From the moment we pulled in with the very helpful valet staff, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well. The multiple bars and restaurants on site were convenient. We loved how close we were to everything, the outdoor pool was amazing, even though we had an issue with an employee yelling at my husband that the pool was closed, when my husband just spoke to the manager and he told him it was open, and there were people already in the pool. The manager apologized greatly, and even comped the food that we ordered. Our room was very clean and was perfect for our family. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back the next time we come to Nashville.

Very convenient. A great place to stay when visiting Nashville for a concert. Staff is extremely nice and the hotel is clean and comfortable.
