“It is adequate.”

This hotel is not far from downtown and if you book ahead can get a good price. It's not fancy and a little worn, but was clean and comfortable.

Area recommendations

It depends what you like to do. If you want to go to the honkytonks on Broadway and the Country Music Hall of fame, it is better to be downtown. If you want to take the General Jackson or go to the Opryland Theatre, you may want to stay out there.

“Worst mattress-hotel old and shabby.”

Mattress was very lumpy, very old, Furniture fabrics were bare and frayed, Overall this hotel needs a major overhaul. Everything was old and shabby. Room service was quick, but only 2 meals out of 4 were good. There is no valet service, but parking is free. The neighborhood is only fast food restaurants. However, Starbucks is across the street. This is not a hotel I would recommend for pleasure. I was there for business. I have another business meeting coming up and rented the club room, I hope this is better.

“You don't know till u stay there??”

It looks good by the pics, but our room had mold in the tub, stiff mattress, looked like it hadn't been updated since early 90's, older tv.. Def was not the quality that others are downtown and way to pricey for such a low rated hotel..
