Green Park Hotel Getaway
Staff was very friendly and both desk clerks forgave us our broken Italian and were proud to demonstrate their English skills which far surpassed our Italian. The dinner in the little restaurant was lovingly and proudly served...and was most excellent. A good local red wine was available to accompany the pasta course with a fresh vegetarian tomato sauce. Everything in the room was newly remodeled and comfortable. The hotel is in a generous courtyard with plenty of parking and a well kept manicured garden to walk in. The hotel is on a one-way street and in Naples that means the approach can be tricky and the street signs are next to nonexistent, nonetheless, follow your GPS or let you smart phone tell you when to turn.

Not like the pictures or description.
I stayed for approximately 8 nights and I was disappointed from the start. THE ONLY PRO for this hotel are THE STAFF. I contacted the staff before my arrival to arrange a late arrival time and they were more than accommodating. I had to address them a few times in regards to my room and the staff was always accommodating. The STAFF are the ONLY things keeping this hotel open. The STAFF are 5 STARS and the hotel is 1. The room itself was a disaster. What is concerning is that I was told I was in their best room. My room had mold in the shower, half of the water did not come out of the shower head, the room reeked of cigar smoke, the walls are paper thin as I was afforded the opportunity to listen to my neighbors snore a few nights and then new neighbors consummate their relationship the next nights, my tv did not work and the plug was held onto the wire by electrical tape. The breakfast in the pictures is not what they serve. My options were cereal, croissant, juice, cafe and milk. This is not a hotel for an extended stay or for non-smokers.

Decent hotel but not worth the price you pay
Hotel is decent with friendly staff. But far from Naples city centre and metro stop is also not nearby. Not convenient if you travelling with heavy luggage. Also not a lot of amenities around.

Situazione al limite del terribile. Hotel vecchio, muri rattoppati, moquette del corridoio sporchissima, zanzare a manetta in stanza...se potete state lontani da questo posto

Con un amico eravamo a Napoli per una notte e abbiamo provato questo Hotel. In generale siamo abbastanza soddisfatti. Le camere pulite. i letti non sono estremamente comodi. Purtroppo le pareti confinanti troppo sottili. Si sente nitidamente una persona che parla al telefono. la colazione classica da bar. niente di salato in sala. Mi aspettavo forse qualcosina di più da un tre stelle ma per 1-2 notti lo consiglio

L'albergo è in una posizione buona, non distante dalla metro. Il posto può non essere bello, ma è comodo per prendere la metro e arrivare facilmente al Vomero e in centro. Le stanze sono abbastanza datate. Incluso il bagno. Il personale molto gentile.

Personale buono le stanze sono strette specie i servizi e tecnologicamente da sistemare gli scarichi della condensa (mi sono allagato) dei climatizzatori la doccia lascia a desiderare. Ottimo il parcheggio e la posizione

Hotel un po' fuori il centro di Napoli, ma raggiungibile con la M1 in 30' circa, stanze pulite, bagno con doccia, colazione molto scarsa, il personale gentilissimo, è un hotel comodo per chi debba usufruire del policlinico, ha un buon parcheggio.

The hotel is flat and is located behind Policlinico , the main hospital in Naples . Rooms are similar with double bed and private bathroom , every day housekeeping and cleaning. Free wifi from the lobby to every room . Breakfast is typical italian , only sweets . The metro station is near 5 min walk and there are two Tratoria with very good pasta and what else , pizza . Hotel staff don't speak other languages but italian ( some words in English ) but is very helpfull and kind. Hotel manager speaks English , Greek and is very polite . We had a very good sleep al 3 nights we stayed . Would stay again.

Albergo vicino struttura ospedale monaldi
Purtroppo la camera non rispecchiava quello di cui viene proposto sul sito, ho acquistato una camera per tre persone ed una volta arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato una stanza singola trasformata in tripla, capirete il disagio,condizioni igieniche pessime bagno piccolo e mal odorante, lenzuola sporche. Infine l'unica cosa positiva e che é situato vicino all'ospedale Montaldo.

ナポリの中でも環境が良く安心して滞在でき治安が良い場所です。女性一人で11泊しましたが、セキュリティも、完璧です。スタッフの方々も 家族のように接してくれます。愛情が 伝わってきました。是非 リピーターに なりたいです。

il personale è molto gentile, ma la struttura è fatiscente, la pulizia minima e i muri sono di carta, l'unico lato positivo è la vicinanza allìospedale per chi ha necessità per trovare un parente ricoverato

mi aspettavo una camera superior definita su web con letto matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale, invece il divano letto non esiste ma c'era un lettino singolo. le condizioni della camera non erano buone, c'era la muffa sulle pareti, livello di pulizia scarso. unica nota positiva le signore del ristorante, sempre gentilissime e disponibilissime, cucina ottima, peccato per la poca cura delle camere e le condizioni interne.
