“Bella Bellasera”
If you are travelling to Naples and want conveniently located ,reasonably priced, andfriendly staffed hotel this is the one
“Stay in Naples and not break the bank”
I have no negatives at all about this hotel. I got a great price thru Expedia. It was billed as a four star hotel in a European style (Tuscan) I had a great room overlooking the pool, jacuzzi bath, marble shower, king bed . a private deck or lanai as they say in Florida. The location was fabulous as it was a short 3~4 blocks to 5th ave shops and restuarants. If you didn't feel like going out on the town for dinner, ZIZI's the in house restuarant was excellent. I give them a five star rating and I can't wait to go back.
“The Naples experience”
In three days, we lived through a tropical depression and a day of sunshine, a stone crab festival, a great boat tour of Naples, and the Swamp Buggy Parade. Try doing that in New Jersey...LOL
“Bella Bella Bella!”
Our 2nd floor, 2 bed room with balcony was just great. Not just a hotel room but a self contained apartment with every amenity provided.from Washer/Dryer to fully equipped kitchen. Bed was huge and comfy with adjacent shower room and toilet. all sparkling clean and well appointed. I could not fault the service provided at Bellasers and my wife was in heaven at the Spa. We will certainly return!
“very nice apartments in good location”
lovely room with living, dining area and large kitchen and bathroom. Pool area pleasant too. In a really convenient place for visiting Naples with a very useful courtesy bus available to take you into town. Only stayed one night and it was very quiet (Thurs 8th Sept) which may be what caused our one complaint. We'd been into the town and came back to the hotel bar for a last drink before bed. We walked into the bar at 21:55 and were quickly ushered out again by the bar maid who said she had closed and that the door should have been locked earlier. There was one couple still in the bar drinking at that time. When we asked at reception whether we could get a drink for our room we were told that the bar was the only option. Maybe because all rooms have kitchens they expect you to cater for yourself but I don't think we were asking for anything unreasonable. However, we got no joy so went to bed early.
“beautiful hotel and room”
We stayed in a 2 bed suite the day atfer Labour Day and the hotel was fairly quiet Beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean Good location - just a few minutes stroll to either Tin City or 5th Ave. The pool and area were lovely, but if the hotel was busy the pool is quite small and would possibly get quite crowded Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Courtesy bus to within a 3mile radius of hotel
“Great location !”
We had a lovely time staying at the Bellasera Hotel - the location was great for walking to 5th Avenue and Tin City in the evening. I would agree with other comments about the size of the pool - it is really small compared with the size of the hotel and was also in need of some maintenance around the edges. The hotel reception was also abit of a 'let down' - for a 4 star hotel it was small and dark and reminded me of a motel lobby. On the plus side the rooms were great - I loved the fact that I had my own washing machine and dryer and didnt take home any washing as a result ! Naples itself is a beautiful place - the beach is great (especially around about the 5th Avenue / pier area - my little piece of heaven !
“great room”
the hotel was really nice, and the apartment with 2 rooms was big and confortable. Also, location great, close to beautiful area of 5th ave. restaurants and shops.
“Bellasera awesome!”
Like staying in a condo...great for families! Would definitely stay again!
“Fantastic Hotel”
We have stayed at several other hotels in the Naples area (Inn on Fifth and Hotel Escalante) and were not overly impressed. We chose this one for something different. What a nice surpise! We loved the room and the grounds. It is convenient to everything. The staff was great. We are already planning on coming back in the fall. This is the hotel to choose when visiting Naples!
