The hotel location was good, in the city center and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Not many car traffic around the hotel, so it was not very noisy.
I booked a standard room and I didn't expect a lot from a Ukrainian hotel. My room had pretty simple very basic furniture. But the carpet had some rather big dirty spots - looked like something was spilled, who knows.
My room had air conditioning which was a good thing because I was in Nikolaev during hot summer. But I could not really control the temperature, the room actually got rather cold even set at lowest level.
The hotel had a small restaurant attached where they serve breakfast and can have lunch or dinner. But the restaurant has a separate owner apparently - you get a breakfast ticket from the hotel and can get a breakfast at the restaurant but you get only one drink with your breakfast: coffee, tea or juice. If you want to get orange juice and coffee, you have to pay extra. Breakfast was buffet style and very limited selection. Not much to eat especially if you arrive late.
When I checked out, I had to pay for the breakfasts because the restaurant has a separate owner as I mentioned above.
Will I stay again? The room rate is cheap so I might. But I will try another hotel.
