It was good! 4 stars only because the pet fee was 30$ a night which is higher than normal.

The personal check the room before give us the deposit and told us a small towel was missing but we always bring our own towels because we don't like using the ones at the hotel and we explained that and we even showed our luggage to prove that we don't need a use towel from hotel

The staff were very friendly and responsive, and the rooms were clean, but this property is extremely run down which made it feel dingy and dirty, even though it was not, and other guests were having loud parties and even fights. There was a glaringly bright security light right outside our window, which shone around our "blackout" drape and through the tear in it, as and example. I was glad I had my sleep eye mask. We didn't feel unsafe or in any way mistreated. It just wasn't the most comfortable experience.

When i pay for a room with ny card through a company such as expedia, i do not expect to have to pay a cash deposit of 50 dollars for the reason "incase i cause damages". It was embarassing but i paid it.

The property is old n needs 2 be updated n some of the rooms smell like mildew while other rooms have roaches. The towels were we old n badly stained. Apparently the facility dose not keep many clean towels on hand just so n case.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking great as I’m handicapped. Room was just so stuffy needs different ventilation with heat. Carpets needs changing. My main disappointment I did not get a receipt when I left area and still do not know what my charges were for my stay. As they have my credit card inf I do not like this. We couldn’t find the hotel due to the sign light being out. The road and parking lot is in terrible shape; the rooms aren’t any better. Everything is old and falling in. It was infested with roaches. We had no where else to stay so we had to endure. It didn’t feel safe. The front staff were nice. The breakfast wasn’t appealing after sleeping with roaches. The entire place needs to be condemned. Housekeeping will knock on your door very early so don’t plan on sleeping in; make sure and put the do not disturb sign up.

dirty old , not like picture, smells of curry or cats, Motel, doors outside, very dark unsafe, I did not stay, i left without seeing room, it wass bad.
