"There was almost no water pressure and completing a shower was impossible and I had use sink water to rinse soap off of me. The sink's water stopper was broken. I was under the impression that the motel served a full hot Breakfast and that was not true because tthat quality inn motel did not serve breakfast. I made my complaints verbally but tactfully to the manager. The manager did apologize to me. For some reason I felt sorry for the manager. This Quality Inn Stay was the first night of a 14-day trip. I completed my 14-day trip by staying at 3 other motels The 3 other motels were Best Western Motels and each of the Best Western Motels were outstanding and far superior to the Quality Inn I stayed at in Sulphur Springs, Texas."

"Super clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of towels and amenities Indoor pool and hot tub jacuzzi were really nice also! Fresh coffee all day long in lobby and doggy bone treats by check in desk for four legged family members too!"

"In no way is this ever more than a 100 dollar hotel... you will not want to use their water for showers or washing hands, you will not be able to eat any breakfast other than orange juice and you will wake up feeling like bugs crawled all over you."
