Common areas are well maintained, but the rooms show signs of aging. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, the property is in a safe area and conveniently located within minutes of the train station and downtown Mt. Kisco. Have been staying here for years and will return.

I've stayed here before, and I was expecting to find a breakfast buffet -- perhaps that is something that's only available when the hotel is really full? The breakfast menu is rather uninspiring, but really, that was the only disappointing part of my stay. Otherwise, it's a great location and reasonably-priced.

Was disappointed in the room. The entry gave the impression of high end but the room was further from that. The beds need new mattress’s as they were not comfortable. As we were only staying overnight we didn’t look for someplace else. The best thing was the food in the bar was excellent as was the bar service.

Hotel was very clean, and easy to get around! Our room being directly across the hall from the laundry service was a bit annoying because the workers stood right outside the door talking loudly just a bit before 8am! Other than that we had a great stay and can’t wait to visit again!

The good news is we had a great night sleep and the staff was excellent. However we had several issues that will prevent us from coming back. 1) the first room we were provided was extremely musty smelling so we had to ask for a second room. The second room was great. 2) comforter on the bed was very thin- not typical of a Hilton property 3) curtains did not close to completely blackened out the room 4) music in lobby was quite loud at 6am so it was difficult to relax while I waited for coffee in the lobby. I suppose I could have asked them to lower it. They likely would have.

Needs updating. TV in room 143 didn’t work and the room was quite musty. Staff was great tho! They moved me across the hall (I didn’t even have to request) and that room was great! I was able to check-in early with no fee. Bartender Teddy makes the best Palomas! Reasonable price. I would stay there again.
